Stayed Jul 6, 2023Amazing stay here. We were a group of about 10 and were here for 2 weeks. Close access to great bars and restaurants in town. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and big open concept kitchen. Definitely hard to pass up, Ben was a great responsive host as well. Dont pass this place up!

Stayed Aug 1, 2023Property is in excellent condition. Stay was great. Family enjoyed time away for surfing and the beach. Very close to Ditch plains and Crows Nest. We had no issues. The owner was helpful on organizing weekly cleaning service.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Perfect house and location for a trip to Montauk. The house and property are both extremely well kept and suited towards renters. Easy access to both downtown, the marina, and numerous beaches. Ben was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022I had a fantastic stay and Ben is a great host. I stayed at the home for the entire month of July with a small group of friends and did not have a single complaint. Ben is extremely communicative and responsive and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Ben has made some improvements to the home such as surround sound in the living room and outdoor music/lighting which allow you to comfortably entertain a few guests in various areas of the house. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It’s extremely clean, well kept and comfortable. It is stocked with everything a vacationer could need. Benny is a great guy who met us at the start of our stay to give a tour and was always accommodating and quick responding with any questions before or during the rental period. Our family had a great stay and hope to be back again soon.
