The Details:

At Broadmoor Retreat guests are first greeted by the gorgeous Texas landscape. Upon entry through the wrought iron doors, guests will be impressed with the stunning massive foyer and overall rustic, open and comfortable feel. Designed around wide open spaces, the numerous windows let guests view the pool and professionally designed landscaping from every room.

The Great Room. Located in its own wing, this room quickly becomes a guest favorite for conversation, relaxing and watching movies on the 70 LCD HDTV. With beamed ceilings, views of the outdoors, wet bar, giant hearth, huge gas burning fireplace, sound system, and ample seating, it is easy to see why this room is a guest favorite. Numerous board games adorn the shelves as well as a game table for puzzles, poker, dominoes, or your favorite card game.

The Kitchen and Dining Room — Upon entering, guests are immediately drawn to the impressive centerpiece: a massive island that commands attention! The kitchen is another huge room fully equipped with Jen Air appliances and has ample space for numerous people to prepare meals. The kitchen boasts a gas range with six burners, an oven, an enormous refrigerator, cold drink drawer, cold drink refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, and tons of room for preparing a chef’s masterpiece. We offer a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, a Kitchen Aid mixer, and other amenities to make your stay easier! As a convenience to our guests, we supply a fully stocked spice cabinet. The beautiful wood dining room table seats 8 and overlooks the front garden!

The Bedrooms. Five bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The luxurious master suite is equipped with a king bed, gas burning fireplace, sitting area, and 50 LCD HDTV. A perfect complement to this bedroom is the enormous master bathroom which is outfitted with a two person soaking tub, giant shower with 4 shower heads, steam shower, LED lighting, separate vanities, make up area, and a private water closet. The other three bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, LCD HDTV's, ceiling fans and large walk in closets. The game room is equipped with a giant 70 inch TV perfect for xbox games or for watching sports! Two additional TV’s flank the large TV so you won’t miss a moment of the action! The game room offers a pull out full size bed, two pull out twin beds, and a twin over queen bunk bed.

The backyard. You can play and be active in the large volleyball pool or sit back and relax in the tanning ledge or heated spa! There is an amazing outdoor kitchen with grill, additional burners, sink, and refrigerator. The patio and yard offer several seating options to enjoy al fresco dining. The fully furnished patio is a great place to be outside and enjoy the TV, the weather, and the one acre yard! *The pool can be heated at guest's request for a one time additional fee of $100. Pool takes 24 hours to reach temperature*
