Beautiful, Spacious Custom Home 30 min to Austin Downtown, 10 min to Lake Travis

I honestly couldn't say enough good things about this place. The kitchen is perfect for large scale groups for cooking, the layout of the house was wonderful, and having the entertainment setup for music around the house worked perfectly. Oh yes, the movie theater is a sight to be seen. This is a place where it looks amazing in the pictures, and the pictures don't do it justice The owner was excellent to work with as well.

We rented this house for a weekend getaway for our family. There was a total of 15 of us, including 3 children and 3 senior citizens. Everyone in our group LOVED the house! The kitchen was so spacious, with everything that you would need, they made a sizeable space available for us in their fridge/freezer, as well as full use of all the kitchen utensils. We planned ahead and brought groceries upon arrival and were able to cook most of our meals in the house and explore Austin and everything it had to offer! The drive up to the house was gorgeous, with views of the lake and greenery leading to the house. We live in a flat city, where the views don't compare to Austin, and the views to and from this house was what led us to rent it in the first place! The kids LOVED the trampoline outside and everyone LOVED the media room! Tamas was always accessible by phone for any questions I had so that was a huge plus! Although we had such a large group, we never once felt cramped - this house was so huge that you would not have even known there were 15 people in it! The patio was such a nice feature, that my brother, cousins and I would stay up at night and just talk, enjoying the wonderful, cool, breeze! Another good thing is that all the bedrooms have a full bathroom, so showering and waiting for the bathrooms were at a minimum. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Austin!

I rented this property to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday, from the beginning Tamas (the owner) was so helpful and courteous. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tamas and his wife, they gave us tour of the house and let us know how things work. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is big and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, there is also a fully stock laundry room available for guest use. The bedrooms are a nice size and each comes with its own full bathroom which our friends loved. Outside patio area has an amazing view and it was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset and feel the nice breeze. The house has a theater room where you can watch movies regular and in 3D. It is also a short drive to Lake Travis. There is just not enough good things to say about this house as well as its owner. It was the perfect place to celebrate and hangout with friends. We will definitely be back in the future!

My family and friends spent Memorial Day weekend at Tamas' house. This house is more beautiful in person than in pictures. The location was conveniently close to the marina, where we did have to reach to go to our party barge, and also close to the gas stations and grocery stores. Tamas was very accommodating to me and my guests. He welcomed us with a huge stock of candy, thank you!! Then gave us a run through of his beautiful home and how to use the electronics. This house is absolutely a house to envy. He has the most high-tech and latest equipment and his wife has the kitchen stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you could ever need or not need. (this is the kitchen of my dreams). The backyard has a badminton net and trampoline that is sooooo fun! Tamas was always very considerate and told me ahead of time if he and his wife needed to drop off their vehicles and such to make sure that they were not intruding. Unfortunately, during our visit there was a Tornado/flood watch where 3 tornados occurred on the highway, what I appreciated the most was that Tamas let us know where to go to be safe and was truly concerned for our safety. I look forward to coming back an visiting their home again and visiting Tamas again. I love this house! I dream about it lol. Thanks for everything Tamas, and have a wonderful summer!

We spent New Year 2015 in this beautiful house, our kids loved the movie theater room and we loved the spacious kitchen and balcony with a very nice view. The owners are such nice people, they even bothered in leaving some candies in the Christmass tree for our children! We received the house super clean, you're going to love this house!

Every year we travel to different locations in the US and rent a property. This house is absolutely the best one!.....location, equipment, and very nice decorated....We really enjoyed our time there. Also, we got the chance to meet the proprietors and they are very nice people. Thanks a lot!....a 10 in a scale of 10!

This home was a great find. It had everything that our group was looking for. The living room was beautiful with comfy furniture, and the home was synced so that you could listen to music throughout the whole home through multiple sources. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook and grill on the patio outside. That view though was the show stealer!!! Waking up to that was a great way to start the day. The movie theater was awesome very easy to use we watched a few movies on the big screen. There was plenty of room for all 13 guests, no one was crowded. The homeowners were very pleasant, Tamas was available by phone, text, email for any questions I had and was very prompt. We were close to Lake Travis, not too far from downtown Austin. The HEB a few mins away was very convenient for cooking at home. I would definitely come back again to this home, we had a great time!

The master bedroom has a shower with three shower heads and was like taking a shower under a warm waterfall. The balcony deck in the back had beautiful view of the valley and there was a nice fresh air breeze, we must have spent hours relaxing on the deck just soaking in the view. They also had a built-in water mister system that lined the balcony which really kept us cool in the summer heat. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed and they even had a grill in the back where we made burgers, kabobs, hot dogs, sausages and a whole lot more. The house sound system was really cool, it played music in all the rooms and on the deck, we turned on some tunes and kicked back. The theatre room was huge and stocked with all the cool gadgets and a massive screen, I wish I had one at my house!! All of our guests raved about this house, this was definitely the right choice and it made our vacation a huge success. We also rented a pontoon boat on Lake Travis which was literally 10 minutes away. There was also a HEB close by as well where we were able to pick up food, wine, and other essentials. This is one of those hidden gems on this website and I would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family when they're in Austin.

We spent the 4th of July weekend in this lovely home, which did not disappoint! We had two families and a total of 9 people in our party, and everyone enjoyed staying in this home. The home was clean and well-appointed, there was room enough for everyone to have their space and not feel cramped, the kitchen was well-stocked with every kind of cooking implement you might need, there were nice hillside views, the home theater was a plus after a long day on the water, and best of all, the owners are a real pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here again.
