Stayed Apr 22, 2023My family was in town for 3 days for a family function. The home served our needs. It's clearly a rental and it's not high-end (not that we expected it to be). The location worked for what we needed and it was fine for our family. Nothing luxurious, but better than renting 2 hotel rooms.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022We stayed at this home for 1 night, just passing through the area. It was perfect for 3 adults and one toddler! Clean, and it had plenty of towels and beds for everyone. A nice comfortable place to stay where we could all be together. Much better than a hotel!!!

Stayed Dec 22, 2021This is an old duplex that has been cosmetically done. The fixtures are all very old and the bathroom faucet did not work after the second day. The bed lines were old and stained. The downstairs smelled like marijuana. When I called to speak with the owner he was said very rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again. I have stayed in many VRBO's and rely on the reviews for booking that is why I am writing this to save another family from staying here.

Stayed Dec 11, 2021The property was quite clean and very near to Kansas City things to do. We were in town to take in a show and only stayed one night, but the place is worth a longer visit.
