Beautiful, Spacious, Beachfront Home - Perfect for Entertaining Family & Friends

The hosts were great with answering all questions quickly. House was great for our group of 6.

The spacious kitchen and living room made it easy for our family to spread out and be comfortable during what turned out to be a rainy long weekend. The house is clean and includes a lot of updated appliances and home goods.It is located right across the street from the beach and very close to a lovely paved path that runs along the coast. The hosts are very organized and good communicators. I would recommend this home to any family looking for a lot of space and a convenient location in Connecticut.

This house was clean, great location and advertised. The only issue in my opinion was the sheets and towels were old and dirty. They need to be replaced. If you pay this much for a home you should have clean linens and more than one per person. Just and observation.

What a wonderful stay we had at this amazingly beautiful house. The location was perfect with the beach just across the street as well as close to the church and reception for our Granddaughters wedding. We found it super clean and very well appointed with anything and everything we could possibly need during our stay. Our hosts were speedy with communication back and forth. Definitely glad we stayed there.

We had a wonderful week at this kid friendly home. Very spacious and a quick walk to the beach. The back yard was a marshmallow roasting, fire fly catching heaven!

Excellent stay for our extended family of 9. Having the bunk bed in the queen room downstairs perfect for our family of 4 with two elementary school aged kids!

We rented this lovely home to serve as our base while attending our son’s Yale graduation weekend. It was the perfect spot for our family of five, aged 17-86, to get ready for multiple events and unwind afterwards. About a 10-15 minute drive from campus, with grocery stores and restaurants near by. While we didn’t have much down time to enjoy the beautiful location, we would love to return and do so. The beach and park nearby looked lovely and we could tell there was a lot to do. The home itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you need a base for visiting Yale or if you just want a peaceful, beautiful place to relax and be with family and friends.

The house was beautiful and a perfect place for our family to be at while visiting our daughter who is a student at Yale. We saw the sunrise over the ocean from our bedroom window. Wish we found this sooner!

This house is beautiful and has everything you need, including a gorgeous view of the Sound. All communication was swift and easy. My family built some wonderful memories here this week!

The home is spacious, up to date, clean and child friendly (equipped with both indoor and outdoor toys). The beach is a very short walk and never busy. Some spots are pretty rocky but there are areas that aren’t and the kids did fine with water shoes until they were settled. Household item wise, we had everything we needed and then some. The owner communicated well and was a pleasure to book with, we’ll definitely keep this property on our list for potential trips each summer!

This is our second time staying at Mike and Stacy's beach house in West Haven and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The property is lovely with a delightful backyard for a BBQ / fire pit, but the true delight is being just a stone's throw from the beach. All necessary accommodations were provided to ensure this was another delightful visit.
