Beautiful South Haven Lake House; Newly Renovated and Decorated; Family-oriented

We love this home! Mark is an awesome host, the home is well appointed, super clean, & so cozy! And on this, our 3rd stay, we noticed a view of the lake from the kitchen windows, for the first time!!

The house was very nice and very close to the water. An easy walk to town or the park.

Very comfy, great location, comforts of home!

We had a great week in South Haven, MI! The house was everything it advertised and all 9 of us fit perfectly. Check in access was simple and shared well in advance. The space was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils that allowed us to cook all our meals and we used the grill in back yard. We kept up with laundry using nice washer & dryer space. The large table & TV in kitchen area was our gathering spot- games, movies, meals... FUN Times!!

The house is nice and the location is good. We enjoyed our week.

Wonderful house with plenty of beds for our big group. Great location to playground and south beach. We rented a golf cart but it is walkable as well. Nice big kitchen. Back yard is peaceful with a lot of grass space where our kids played. Loved the patio and fire pit at night. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed with 8 adults. The space was great and the location was great.

This was our second time renting this house. It was perfect for our family. Hope to come back here in 2027.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The large yard was ideal for the kids to play. Inside there was ample room. However the only draw backs were the small bedroom downstairs which separated parents from kids in our situation (we knew one bedroom down but it was definitely small) and the sunroom had no ac in order to utilize it in a comfortable manner. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of cooking items. Only one roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper provided for a group of 10 was a bit disappointing. Also, no soap for dishes. One addition that would have been nice is a drying board for dishes. The grill grates were rusted so we didn’t grill. We did have an issue with the freezer and the host brought us a second one to use within hours which was awesome! Additionally there was an issue with the faucet in the tub not working, but again the host was there within hours to fix it! The walk to the blue stairs for beach access did not take long, even the kids were able to do it. The street that the house is on is quiet and very minimal traffic. Driveway is tight, but street parking was an option if necessary.

We had an awesome time at the property. Check in was smooth and property was clean and well-kept! Zero complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with this lovely home & all the amenities. The 4 bedrooms were spacious & well appointed. The bathrooms were ample, nice towels, kitchen well equipped, comfortable furniture & nice patio. We enjoyed shopping, beach walking & exploring the area.

Our family of 5 came to SH for the week and had kid’s friends and my parents join us through out the week. Love that we had a place to spread out and the walk to the beach was an ease!

Especially enjoyed the walk to the beach, the backyard furnishings and the amazing kitchen. We cooked a meal for 60 people (although we did not have 60 people at the house) and had plenty of counter space. Had the feel of a lake cottage!!!!

This property was very accurate to the description! We loved the great backyard, the playground got lots of use. Great yard to play croquet or throw a frisbee. Kitchen was incredibly spacious with everything you need for cooking in. The game closet was frequently used. Plenty of places for everyone to eat together. Rooms were perfect for our group. While 2 bathrooms was a concern, it was no issue. And the walking distance was perfect to the beach, downtown, Kids Corner, sunsets. We will return!
