Beautiful Sedona home with large country kitchen & amazing, 280-degree views

The views were outstanding, best views in Sedona.

The place was very nice, it was clean, stocked with plenty of towels and all the amenities we needed. It was even better than the pictures showed. The location was perfect, check-in amd out was easy. Highly recommend.

Sedona is so beautiful and this house showcased its beauty from every room!

We loved being walking distance and being able to spread out and enjoy gorgeous views from the home. One evening we purchased lots of food to make a meal together but it all went to waste because the grill was not installed properly and the oven was so old it did not cook the meat properly. In addition, the key fob was missing, therefore if we wanted to walk into town we had to jump a tall wall to unlock from the other side. Overall I would recommend staying here, but advise the owners to update some appliances so people can enjoy a meal while in the beautiful surroundings. There wasn’t even a strainer!

The property was a great place for a large group of family to be together. The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our stay in Sedona.

This property was astounding. The views were incredible. The home's vibe was so spot on, the decor was interesting, tasteful and abundant, comfortable living quarters. Truly Sedona's finest.

Perfect location with beautiful views. The house is set up perfectly for cooking, relaxing and having an overall great time with friends and family. However, this place needs a lot of work. I won't mention everything but after reading previous reviews concerning broken doors, general maintenance issues and a rodent problem I contacted Vacasa expressing my concern and was assured everything was taken care of. It turns out, nothing was taken care of. I will only mention a few things. One bedroom outside door was nailed shut. A very dangerous thing to have in an emergency if it were to be the only exit. There are signs posted saying Parts are on order pertaining to broken items but Amazon can overnight anything so why has this taken months? The dead rodent smell in the master bed/bath was overpowering. Hopefully it will get fixed.

House was Amazing! Very clean and so convenient to down town

AMAZING location & views! Love it! Vacasa listing was NOT accurate - house has 5 BRs on one level/no basement. It can sleep 10 people comfortably. I was told prior to booking that the maintenance items in reviews were fixed...they were not...including: Two French door sets in public areas chained or bungeed shut due to broken locks One BR French door set that could not be locked or CLOSED! Doors on either side held it in place One BR French door set with as slipping deadblot lock about to break. One BR window with broken crank was blown open due to not being locked. Dead animal smell in kitchen area. Touch up painting needed in many interior areas. Most mattresses were not comfortable, and copper-infused sheets were rough. This cool house deserves better maintenance so it can be as amazing as its location. The views are so spectacular that I would stay here again (at the right price), but I would need to bring my own sheets & pillows...and some bungee cords to make sure the broken BR doors are properly secured.

We loved the privacy and 360 degree views. The home is clean and comfortable and the outside area is very great for spending time outside enjoying the views. We will be returning soon. Thank you

The location and Sedona views are amazing. However. The house needs a lot of improvements. We arrived the first night to 2 of the exterior doors being wide open. Not just unlocked—completely open to the outdoors. There is a front set of French doors that does not lock at all. I actually have this brand of doors at my home and am familiar as to the mechanism. The lock is broken and the deadbolt knob just screws off and does not lock. I called Vacasa support who finally told me that the next day I would either be called by them, a local property manager, or have a repair crew the next day to fix the issue. Nobody ever called or came by during our visit. The property also has a gate at the street which remained open and never would close. I wouldn’t mind if the house doors had worked properly. Vacasa said that there had already been a “ticket” issued for this problem but that it apparently had not yet been fixed. In order to secure the house and keep the exterior doors closed we had to track down zip ties to keep the doors together. The house also had a rodent infestation. After seeing our first mouse, I found mouse traps under the bathroom counter and in the kitchen. I was able to kill one mouse with the trap but unable to rid the home of at least 2 more. This understandably did not sit well with my wife and kids. This problem was noticed thankfully on our last night or we would have had to look for other lodging. I cannot recommend until all issues are fixed.

Fabulous views

The view from this home is spectacular! Everywhere you look! And the home is beautiful with a lot of future potential. There are many things that could be done to improve the home with minimal expense. (Examples: fix all door locks, replace non-existent upper deck canvas cover, fix and improve outside deck and patio lighting.) Overall our experience here was great! Thanks!

The views were amazing, the ambiance was very Arizona-in other words we loved it, it was stocked with everything you can imagine needing, the beds were great, the outdoor living was great--lots of little nooks and places to meditate, eat, read and just stare out at the beautiful rocks. We did not want to leave--so relaxing!!

Beautiful house in amazing location. Great for a family getaway. Some deferred maintenance and lack of communication of some details dampened the experience a bit but overall the views and house made up for it. We spent most of our time on the upper patio enjoying the view and stars.
