Condo has lots of room and great spaces to hang out. It's also in a fantastic location. Parking on the street was easy.

This charming house is located in an ideal, family friendly (lots of parks) community. It is near an area,Roscoe Village, that has many wonderful restaurants and great walkable downtown. It is not far from public transportation to take you into the heart of beautiful Chicago. People in the area are friendly and the neighborhood is so pretty with treelined and very clean streets. It was fantastic. The owner was one of the most responsive we have had. Totally recommend this house for a family stay.

Wonderful stay for a girls trip! My friends and I do an annual trip to different cities to visit baseball stadiums and this was a perfect rental for our Chicago trip. We all like to have our own rooms so the 4 beds/3 baths was perfect. Roscoe Village is a great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants near by. My friend & I ran to Wrigley field in the morning, only 2 mi away. John was super responsive when we had a question. Great communication. Would recommend & stay again!

Pictures do not do justice to this property! It is adorable, clean and well stocked. A plus is the location in Roscoe Village which is a nice quiet area full of families and cute restaurants/ bars. And we loved the backyard deck for after wedding reception hang for our family. But by far the nicest part about this stay was John, the host. He is so kind and checks in to make sure all is ok and you are enjoying your stay! We will be back!

This house was in an easy to access location and all the photos are very accurate. The outdoor space was ready to enjoy on a nice day. The host is great at responding quickly and was gracious enough to let us have an earlier check-in.

In town for a family wedding. Great location in relation to activities. Quiet side street. Everything about property as described. Some minor exterior construction but owner forewarned us and not an issue. Clean and cozy house and was perfect for our family. Thank you John. If there was a negative the tree lined street was a haven for the birds and my car looked like it had been hit with 50 paintball pellets. LOL. The car wash never looked so good.

The house was well-equipped and in a good location. We had everything we needed. This was my family’s first experience with a VRBO and we loved being all together instead of in separate hotel rooms.
