It was clean and close to everything

Host provided me with all the info I needed to find the place and park and left the lights on for me so I could find my way.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and great TV. Location was okay, nearest convenience store is a 10 minute walk and selection isn’t great. Would be perfect if you are traveling by car or have a rental.

Overall impression is that it was just ok. There was some street parking though i would've preferred to park in driveway due to having a truck full of stuff. There were enough cars already in there that i didnt trust not getting hit while the others backed out. Bed was a little spongier than i like. Bathroom had mold around window and in sink. Made it difficult to brush my teeth since my gag reflex is pretty sensitive. Proprietor was very responsive and understanding when i had to change my reservation so that was a plus.

We had a nice stay. Place was clean & accomodating. Plenty of restaurants close by. Only a short drive to Angels Stadium.

This is a place; the other reviews are very accurate and consistent with our stay as well. You know what level of 'cleanliness' or lack thereof, you're comfortable with when traveling. The bathroom wasn't cleaned with hair and toothpaste splattered about. We had one wash cloth for 5 days even after requesting more. The room was cold upon arrival, wifi wouldn't work even after receiving new log in information. My nightstand had large white goopy stuff stuck to it. I would consider this more of a 'budget friendly' type of stay so if you don't mind and just need somewhere to sleep it's fine. The host did communicate quickly with our request to have our bathroom cleaned. The photos do make it seem like it would be better than what we experienced for sure. Easy in and out of the property, safe and quiet neighborhood and good location overall.

The property was located fairly close to downtown Anaheim, without being right in the middle of it. It was a comfortable space and the host accomodated an early check-in.

Honestly, Shirley is a great communicator and good at accommodating things like adding an extra night or updating you on changing WiFi, etc. but for a VRBO priced the way it is, it’s not private. Someone literally walked in on my husband naked in the bathroom taking his morning constitutional. Thin walls, also WiFi basically non-working the signal was so weak. We also didn’t quite manage to get hot water ever even after running a shower or sink for a few extra minutes. We also shot a message regarding the water being pressure too low to flush and they told us just to flush again. It did get plugged up enough I had to YouTube a plumbing tutorial to fix on my own.Other than that, parking is easy and abundant, TV is awesome with lots of streaming options, set up is comfortable and cute.Watch out for big brother cameras lol.

We were impressed by the location and most of all, it was clean, quite, and very comfortable.

Everything about this stat was wonderful and the host was very kind.

We were there for baseball tournament the field was about 25 minutes away not bad we visit Newport Beach and Laguna. We didn't know where the washer and dryer was. Shirley did respond back and let us know where they were at actually in the garage. We had a good stay.

This property was easy to access and I don’t know what it was about the bed, but I had 2 super nights of sleep! Quiet environment. A

- Smaller room than I expected. - Condition of the rooms are not as new, like just remodel, as I thought. - Chairs are worn, time for replacement. - Bed is a full size. I thought queen is a standard size which would be much more comfortable. - The mattress is really soft. Not suitable for someone who needs firm mattress to sleep on. - An outlet near the bed was used by light and something else. Should have more outlets near the bed available to charge phone. - Stained sheet which the owner replaced right away after I requested to change. ** Overall, it's fine. Owner was pleasant.

Overall, very good. Just a few nits: (1). WiFi name and login were changed before I got there resulting in my contacting the host to ask for the new network and login when I arrived--should have been communicated before my arrival. (2). On the last evening of my stay, the wifi went down in the middle of my internet session. Informed host and the fix was completed in 15 minutes. (3). The hot water pot contained noodle residuals and had to be cleaned out. (4). Coffee and/or Tea packets along with sugar/cream would have been more generic, instead of the instant ramen packages.
