Third floor has futon & it’s own porch overlooking river . House has all the necesary amenities , private bathroom, dining area as well as third floor terrace and porch overlooking the river and office with futon couch. microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle(coffee, tea, sweeteners, creamer provided) plates, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, cutting board, salt and pepper, etc. Come on over to Casa del Rio..where you can relax and feel a world away on your vacation river retreat.
