- Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
- Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026Enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was the best part, really enjoyed being so close to downtown Bentonville, a quick drive to Rogers, and easy access to Bella Vista. Many restaurants and breweries close by, wish we would have stayed longer. The host checked in on us but the house was well appointed so we really didn’t need anything. The garage space was great with games and bike storage. Will stay at this property again in the future. ,

Stayed Aug 9, 2025This house was perfect for our visit to Bentonville! It is close to everything you want to see and do. It is just minutes to many biking trails, sights and restaurants. We brought 4 bikes, so the full garage was nice to store them in when we were out doing other things. We also had a dog with us, so the backyard was great with plenty of grass, and it is fully fenced in. It's a pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood and the manager is easy to work with. We would definitely book it again.

Stayed May 9, 2025This place is a wonderful place to stay!! Perfect for adults, kids and teens. Beautifully decorated and the host is very helpful and responsive. The pool table/ping pong table was an additional bonus. Definitely recommend this place!
