Stayed Jul 19, 2024Our stay here was practically perfect in every way. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. We had twelve people stay and we were well situated. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms took care of us all. Travel to the downtown sites were 20 to 25 minutes, T-Mobile Park for a Mariners game was 10 or 15 minutes. The owner was very responsive. I'd highly recommend this home.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024How was filthy and not clean when we arrived. We had to find a different property to stay at the first night. We walked ~4 blocks to a different house the owner had. Then moved back the next house the next day. I would not ever recommend this property.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023This house was perfect for our group vacation! The host was very communicative and came to fix an issue we were having with an outlet very quickly. The home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. They weren't quite ready for us to check in at 4, but that was the only minor hiccup. Overall a nice experience!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023We had plenty of room in this house. While we enjoyed the coffee pods and paper products provided we really needed sheets for the twin beds and extra wash cloths. Three family members in our party were sleeping in the beds with no top sheet only a thin comforter. The downstairs bathroom could use towel hooks because we had five of us using that bathroom and no place to hang wet towels. Perhaps putting hooks in the hallway would help. It was great having the washer and dryer. Thank you also for providing the spices.

Stayed Nov 22, 2022The rooms were comfortable, the place was well-equipped, and the air hockey table was a huge hit with the kids! Great location - near lightrail, PCC coop, Lake Washington/Seward Park. Great space for the 9 of us.
