Beautiful Quiet Beach Home in the Pines Close to Everything

My family had a wonderful stay. Beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was perfect for our family of 6. Would definitely recommend and will stay in this home again.

Quite neighborhood and very peaceful.

We had a great time staying at the King Richard in Ocean Pines. Great location, the decor was nice,had everything we needed. Once we figured out the light switches, everything went smoothly. We could never figure out how to start the dishwasher so we just washed dishes, no big deal. We would recommend this Houston to anyone.

Ocean Pines is a great alternative to traditional ocean properties. Neighborhood beach property parking available with short drive. We aren't typical beach people so this staycation away from home works perfect for us.

Nice clean house with all the conveniences. We have stayed here twice and would definitely stay here again.

The property owner has a few things in the house that other property owners do not have. One relates to fun and games rent the property and you will get to enjoy, too. The other is the Ocean Pines parking permit for OC beach access. Many other property owners tell you how to get a temporary pass which I never do. We only went to the beach once, but to not have to worry about where to go and how much it would be was wonderful. My husband says best property we've ever stayed at. We've been frequenting Ocean Pines for about 6-8 years now. Thank you!

beautiful and quiet location, easy access to beach, wonderful home

Location was great. Size of house and layout were perfect for my family of 4. Liked the private driveway. My kids loved the arcade game and DVD player for the rainy days. Kitchen was stocked well. All the floors had bits of sand on them, we needed to wear socks all the time. It was mostly clean. Although we had to go on a scavenger hunt to find our towels and bedsheets. That was the worst part of our stay. After a long day of driving it was frustrating when we had to make our own beds and look around to find the towels & bedsheets. Both toilets were very low. May be difficult for older people to get off of. Also the light switches were very confusing on how to turn off/on. Mattresses could be updated on all the beds. Overall I would recommend staying at this location.

The owner comunicated all important details and made it clear he was available at any point if we needed anything. This is our second year staying here and everything was great again. This is a great beach house for a family. We will be back again!

The place was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean. Host was exceptional with response time. We would love to book again.
