Beautiful Punta Gorda Isles Canal Front Home

Beautiful property! Very spacious and comfy! Lots of room for two families and five children! Tammie was very gracious and accomodating!

Exceptional clean home, worked great for our 3 couples, host was easy to communicate with and answered right away.

Wow, this property was stunning! It was so clean and beautiful. It was nice to have a laminated check list of items to do upon arrival and departure. We also felt that we got “more” than what was in the photos. For example, there was a tv on the lanai to use. The only feedback that we would give (which does not affect the rating) would be to include information about the two thermostats (what they control). Tammie was great with responding quickly to our questions. Thank you so much for the experience. We would definitely book here again.

My family of 5 enjoyed this rental so much that it was sad to leave :) The house is easy to find, in a quiet & safe neighborhood, and is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could need in a vacation rental is there- the kitchen is stocked, the garage is full of pool & beach toys, there's a shop-vac for getting sand out of the car, and so much more. Everything is spotless and organized and comfortable! Made the best of vacations!

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The house was convenient for a family, comfortable, and had many amenities that made it feel like you were at home. We enjoyed the pool and screened porch for outdoor dining and socializing. It was close to many good restaurants. The host was helpful and available.

The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. We all thought the pictures make it look a bit smaller than it is. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. This will be our default property to try and book any time we're in the area.

This is a beautiful property in a nice very quiet neighborhood! Tammi, the host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. This property had everything you needed to get settled in as a family. Although we had a lot of rain the week we were here, we were able to enjoy the amazing pool for a few days! The added floats were great to soak in the Florida sun. Being able to wash a couple loads of laundry during the week was nice as well. The kitchen was well equipped where I was able to make a few meals for the family there. Everything was great and would definitely recommend this location for a Punta getaway!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and decorated in a very lovely and comfortable manner. Super clean and the pool and lanai area are perfect. The owner has provided everything that you may need. The house has everything it was a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. We took walks each night and the kids swam in the pool all day. We are going to go back again next year!!!
