The property consists of a main house and 1 separate room rented together as a single unit, with no internal connecting door between the 2 sections. All bathrooms are located within the main house.

On the ground floor, the living and dining room extends across 40 square metres and features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The ground floor further includes an open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a wood-burning stove. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall with a wood-burning stove and air conditioning welcomes you. The third bedroom features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 135 to 250 cm and contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony.
