Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had 8 people ranging from 8 to 89 years old. The house worked well with plenty of beds/rooms and lots of indoor space to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped (although knives need to be sharpened!). Ping pong table was a hit! We wished there was a table to fit all 8 of us indoors but made do by moving tables together. Also, all of us were flying in for the vacation so we wished the house included beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Very spacious and clean house off a dirt road, but near Rt 6. 1st floor (living rooms, dining and kitchen areas) is the big plus with this house - lots of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a group. Outdoors - new grill, large patio, but tired, old furniture. Nice outdoor shower. Bedrooms were fine and comfortable, but lighting not good, especially in bathrooms. House detail, trims and furniture need an upgrade. Overall, house served our purposes. Tjank you.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We had a wonderful week in this big, comfortable house in the woods, on the bay side of Wellfleet. The house is well appointed, with plenty of room and lots of common spaces on the first floor. Great big outdoor patio and shower were nice too. Would definitely rent again.
