Stayed Jun 11, 2021This was such an amazing stay! Booking was easy and the host communicated quickly with any questions we had. We were from Maryland visiting and it was a simple drive from LAX. Every room was clean and organized upon arrival. There is nothing you will need when you come to this house! The host provided nearly everything from new appliances to a surplus of towels and toiletries. After spending a day on the beach it was really nice to have a washer and dryer in a house to wash our bathing suits and towels - made very easy to pack up clean items. We requested to have a special outside event (extra fee, extremely reasonable) The backyard is very spacious and accommodating, with a built in bbq! From beginning to end this stay was truly amazing. This is definitely our new home away from home whenever we come to LA!!!

Stayed May 29, 2021First The manager aske for five hundred dollars under the table and asked me not to let Vrbo know that she asked for it. She stayed on the property two hrs. after check-in and repairs were not finish when we check-in Then gave me a list items that were missing over inflated price small items like cups hanger. I would never recommend this place ever again. FYI - because she was hounding I signed a surey that everything was okay this is far from what happen P.S. I have the receipt $500 that I requested.
