Beautiful Panoramic Ocean View in Hither Hills

We had a wonderful stay at Art's home! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to beach and town. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

This house is absolutely breathtaking! It’s in the perfect spot in town, close to all the best restaurants, shops, etc., you can see whales, dolphins and sea lions from the upper level of the house. This house is perfect for families and has a great layout. Ive been renting in Montauk for about 8-9 years now and this house was definitely one of my favorites! This house has anything / everything you could possibly need for a week with family, friends and kids!!!! Best part of the house is that the beach entrance is literally steps away!!!!! We will definitely be returning next year!!!! Thank you Art!!!!!

We loved this house and its awesome location! The views from the family room are unrivaled and the access to beach is so convenient. Art was super responsive and so was his property manager. The location of the two first level rooms make things a little tricky with young kids if they wake in the night, so just keep that in mind.

The house was amazing and made the vacation significantly better. The views are incredible and the location is prime. I would love to stay again in the future. Art was also very helpful and communicated well before and throughout the stay. Overall a great experience!

Perfect location with a great view for anyone interested in being near the ocean in any season. Fully equipped and lots of space.

Our stay in Montauk was amazing! The pictures do not do the house justice. Art was more than responsive with check in and questions. The beach, town and restaurants are all super close. Incredible location! Plenty of rooms and space for our family to have their own space and feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!
