Beautiful North Ocean City Spacious Townhouse with Outstanding Ocean Views!!!!

House is lovely. Very clean.

Decor is amazing! Kitchen was missing a cutting board but other than that all good!! check in was simple!

5th time we are at Jim's Beach House, and it's still perfect.

Check in was easy and seamless. The home was clean and well taken care of! I would choose to stay here again. The owner was very responsive as well! Communication was great.

The property is beautiful and fully stocked - amazing location and Jim was an absolute delight to work with. Another property cancelled our trip at the last minute due to a maintenance issue and Jim accepted our request within minutes and communicated quickly and politely. Truly a beautiful home and will rebook in the future!

Everything about our experience was five stars!! The owner is super responsive, very flexible and just a joy to communicate with. The house is in a perfect location, steps from the beach and is a relaxing retreat. Super clean, great layout and wonderful amenities!! We knew several families that were down the same weekend and stayed at the local hotels, paid a fortune and had a terrible experience!! Book this home, it will be the best money you can spend! Plus you will come home fully relaxed.

We love staying in this place. Its is clean, comfortable and spacious. The beach is a quick 100 yd walk and never very crowded. There are some great food places nearby in walking distance (King Cone, Ponzettis, Grab and Go Taco). Highly recommend for families.

Plenty of space. Beautiful layout. Close to beach and a lovely screened in patio for meals outside.

This is my 5th visit to the beach house, and is great, as always. If you want a beach spot for a family with a few kids, this is as good as it gets.

The property is the best we have had in 11 years at Ocean City. It has three bedrooms and the bed in the master bedroom was very supportive and comfortable. There is parking for three cars beneath the structure so we didn't have to spend a lot of time looking for parking. It also holds a lot of beach stuff so we did not have to drag it inside. The kitchen and living room is on the top floor. Worked for us. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Townhouse with plenty of space for a family of 6 - 8 to spread out! Host communicated well, and the check in/out process was very easy. Had a fantastic week!!

Spacious, modern, comfortable home.

We vacation in North OC every year and this is by far our new favorite place to stay. The location is just a short walk to the beach so you can come and go. The home is very well kept and updated. Our young kids loved everything about the home. We spent a lot of time on the screened in deck which offers a great view of the beach and sunsets. Jim was extremely easy to communicate which is always a big plus.

Loved our stay at your place. The decor was very beachy and appropriate, we all loved the way it was decorated! Very short walk to the beach, even shorter than we thought it would be!

Have stayed at this location, two years in a row and plan on continuing to make this an annual tradition!

Beautiful place! We had a group of six that included two little ones (ages 4&2). Place is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Especially with children. The place is well furnished with everything you need. Host was very responsive and answered any questions in a timely banner. Would definitely recommend to families looking for a great place in walking distance to the beach!
