Beautiful Nokomis Beach House!

Thank you Frank, our stay was wonderful! The house was lovely, clean and bright:) We enjoyed searching for beautiful shells and little shark teeth treasures on the beach which added to the fun! I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vaca!

This was a wonderful house -close to the beach we typically go to all the time, and everything else. The property was well kept and beyond clean! Wrap around porch was a bonus! We enjoyed having breakfast out there. We look forward to another trip to this property. Beautiful little spot!

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Everything we needed including linens, towels, kitchenware, and laundry with soap. The location was fantastic between Venice and Nokomis Beach. The host is friendly and responsive to questions. Coffee maker is a drip machine that has a built-in filter, we brought our own grounds.

There was so much to love about our stay at this beautiful home in Nokimis! The spaces for privacy were indeed well thought out, but perfect also to have family time together or dinner in with all that you need to cook a great meal. Just a short walk or drive to the beach or local restaurants too. We loved our comfortable, easy stay here!

This was our 4th year coming to the Nokomis area for a month. It was our first stay at this incredible home. Definitely our most outstanding stay !! Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful inside and out. And so amazingly clean and quiet. Perfectly furnished. The screened Lanai is the most comfortable spot all day. No matter how intense the sun it is always cool on the Lanai . The kitchen has the best appliances and you couldn't ask for anything more perfect than the eating area with the gorgeous windows. Our host was so helpful and made sure to check on us . We very much appreciated everything.

The home was relaxing, inviting and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though it was just the two of us, there was plenty of extra rooms and bathrooms available. We enjoyed the spacious lanai on a nightly basis and appreciated the fans and plentiful lighting. We also made use of the well supplied kitchen and beach accessories in the garage. Our VRBO host was wonderful to work with and easy to contact.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Nokomis. It was clean and bright and really made us feel in the vacation mode. It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed and the beach chairs , towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. The only thing we really would have loved and we had at a previous rental would be two bicycles and two kayaks. Since the launch is literally across the street, it would be perfect. Maybe next year as we would like to return!

Perfect for our visit. Close to beaches and family. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. House had everything we needed. We come back we hope to stay here again!

Convenient and comfortable home for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided including beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. The area is quiet and only a short drive to the beach and restaurants. Check-in and out was easy and Frank was responsive when we had questions.
