Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on The Cottage's spacious deck overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cottage is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina and is new throughout the two bedroom two bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake.
Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cottage. Slip space is provided throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Enjoy downtown Guntersville antique shopping, local music and casual dining within a short three mile drive or enjoy a day reading on the deck overlooking Lake Guntersville.
The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six.
Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville. Watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the deck for dinner and drinks and while away the evening.
There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a beautiful antique king bed and in-suite bath. The second bedroom has single twin and twin bunk beds with an adjacent full bath.
The Cottage comfortably accommodates five guests.
Linens for the bath and bedrooms are provided.
Groceries, restaurants, gas and bait are available within a mile. Fire by the Lake restaurant and bar is within walking distance and Char Burger, a local favorite, is within a quarter of a mile.
