Beautiful New Custom Resort Pool home close to everything. Quiet + Private.

The house was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We will definitely be coming back!

This house is outstanding! It had everything we needed and more! The home was fully stocked; the kitchen, the bedrooms & bathrooms, the pool accessories, and the Guest Cooler inside the garage. The pool was a great place to hang out during the evening, while watching soccer matches from the backyard TV. The owners definitely put so much thought into making guests feel so welcomed! We will stay here again!!!

This was our first get-away since retirement and this home couldn't have been more perfect for us. We loved the size, the decor, the quiet neighborhood and back yard privacy. The pool was awesome and we spent most of our afternoons just relaxing outside. We were pleasantly surprised with the solar-heated pool ... no extra heating cost and was warm enough almost every day to enjoy. Owners Mike and Beth were awesome; quick to answer any questions and then would follow up too. It was hard to leave after making this our second home for 45 days. Because of the great experience, we plan on coming back to Lake Havasu City next year.

We had a great stay with our group of six. The property was beautiful, very clean and tidy. The owners were extremely responsive and kind throughout the booking process and stay. The location is close to great hiking trails and the downtown area. The pool/patio area was amazing for gathering and spending time together. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

This place was a beautiful home with a great pool to relax in.

We were nervous about booking a trip in July to such a hot area (we are from Ohio, so definitely not used to the AZ weather), but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations this home had to offer! The home offered great space for our entire family to meet up, and we really enjoyed the pool outside! The swim ledges and umbrellas were perfect, especially with our little ones. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the garage space was a nice added bonus! The owners were also incredibly responsive and kind to us. We have already talked about amother trip there!

We really enjoyed this beautiful cozy home. Very welcoming and had all the amenities needed well your away from home. Clean and organized . Enjoyed the back yard and pool. Everything you need for a vacay. The markets and Lake only few minutes away . The host was always available if we had a question. Definitely would be back.
