Beautiful New Construction Home in Buckhead! Convenience & Luxury!

The house, host and location was excellent! Look forward to renting this property again in the future.

We have rented several vacation homes and this house was by far the nicest. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The towels were nice and plentiful. The layout really fit our family of nine and we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving feast! Michael was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful family weekend in Atlanta for a wedding. House well suited for handling an assortment of ages. Great to spread put over all 3 floors and the back covered porch was perfect for a place to relax. Michael and his team were responsive and made the weekend perfect. Would recommend 100% 10/10 for sure.

The property was exactly like described. The host and all staff have A1 communication and were quick to respond to the 1 minor issue that we had. I would recommend and would stay again

We recently celebrated my 50th birthday with a family gathering in this beautiful home. It was a perfect place to spend time together with plenty of room to spread out comfortably. There were lots of games to play, the kitchen is very well stocked - we made several big family meals - and everyone had a fabulous time! Highly recommend this home for a relaxed getaway with friends / family.

My family and I (10 of us) rented this house over the Christmas holiday season and this was our first trip to Atlanta!The house was lovely, spacious, clean and allowed us to relax individually but come together regularly during the day to enjoy meals, have family game night, watch sports and plan our daily excursions to explore Atlanta. Michael and his team were phenomenal and responsive the very few times we had to reach out with questions.

I never leave bad reviews, but we spent over 4K for a three night stay, and this house just did not fit that bill. I have a limit on characters and no pic upload option: -Heavy fragrance/cleaner was nauseating walking into the home. Floor was so dirty that we ended up at Target to purchase slippers for the trip, it was blackening our socks. -Black mold covering the ceiling of the master bath shower. We immediately removed all items that we had unpacked from that side of the home, & tried to close off that bath/bedroom totally, b/c we did not want health issues, or for our items to be covered in spores. The air return is in that master bedroom though, and the thermostat for the upper floor is in that bedroom. We could not even sleep in the master, nor did we want to use that bathroom. Black mold needs remediation by professionals-Stink bugs in upper floor bedroom/killed multiple spiders in bedrooms -Work crew blasting power tools/blowers at sunrise our first morning for yardwork at the home. Woke up everyone, & blew dirt on our vehicle-Owner offered us a move, but we had full days planned with tickets where we would have to be away from the home long hours, both days there. We had no time & fully unpacked before realizing all issues, with a family meeting us there on Saturday for lunch, mid-day from out of town. Could not have them coming to the house to help us move, due to home issues that should have been addressed before we ever arrived. Super upset/no refund offered

We recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home with our family while attending a memorial service. The home provided the perfect setting for us to gather and share memories. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, accommodating everyone with ease. The atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We are so grateful for this lovely space and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Our stay was extremely positive - fantastic location with lots to do nearby, easy to find, easy to park, great communication, FANTASTIC home, well equiped and privacy for all our folks! We had an informal in-person business event and this was the great landing place for the out-of-towners. Will certainly look into it's availability the next time we need something like this in ATL!

Incredible, clean, beautiful property. The host and staff were wonderful and quick to reply to any questions. This place is centralized in Buckhead, very unique to find a place that can accommodate so many family members right in the middle of where you want to be!!

This visit to Atlanta was for fellowship amongst friends made over twenty years ago during our medical training. We choose a trip every year for a long weekend and choose properties where adequate socializing can take place freely in a relaxed atmosphere.

Communication with the hosts was great. They made it super easy. If you want to have a raging kegger this isn't your house or neighborhood, but if you are looking for somewhere that 7ish people can stay and sleep, in a great Atlanta location, definitely check out this listing. It was warm, so we didn't spend time outside, but the yard was well maintained. All in all, a beautiful property.

We have a group of long-time friends that travel annually to different cities in our quest to see all major league baseball stadiums. So we have stayed in many short-term rental houses. This property fit our group extremely well. The house was as advertised and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and beautiful.
