Beautiful Nashville Home Near Downtown w/ Hot Tub!

House was well equipped, very spacious and clean !Host did an excellent job getting us acclimated to the house.

Beautiful home close to downtown. This home has everything you need, labeled to find it easy. The host was gracious and answered all our questions. We would stay here again, if and when if visit Nashville.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at KP’s beautiful home while we were visiting for my Sister’s wedding weekend. The home had everything we needed, it was very organized and well labeled. Each room is lovely with large TV’s, large closets, their own bathrooms (3 of the rooms) and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again. Thank you again KP for the great communication and your wonderful hospitality.

This place was amazing to stay at! KP was so great to work with and wonderful when we got there. He meets you at the property and goes over everything with you in person which is wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Definitely gonna stay here again if we ever go back to Nashville!

The decor in the home is lovely. It is well appointed and meticulously maintained. There is ample space for 2 people in each bedroom for clothing, both in closets and dressers. The primary suite is opulent, with seating for 3 as well as a tub that can probably hold that many! The shower is beautiful and well appointed. The problem for me and my party is none of us are tall: this house is built for very tall people. The bathroom vanities and kitchen counters were so tall it made it difficult to cook on the 6 burner gas cooktop (loved this cooktop!) and to use the mirror in the bathrooms to apply makeup. The toilets are super tall, so tall in fact that every toilet in the house has its own “squatty potty stool”. It’s weird to be an adult and have your feet dangling while sitting on a toilet set. The owner was overly attentive upon arrival. He have us a very descriptive tour and read all of the signs posted throughout, told us how to manage our trash, use the hot tub, use the alarm system, where everything is at in the house and where all the cameras are on the exterior of the home and said to reach out if we needed anything. It was helpful, but after a long commute, it was overkill. Again the home is beautiful, well appointed but we felt like we were under constant surveillance during our stay. The home is very personalized with many many pics of the family so you truly feel like you are in a home and not a short term rental. There are plenty of security lights on the exterior, the 2 in the front lawn could light up a small stadium. If you are a light sleeper, maybe bring a sleep mask and some ear plugs. There are 2 large barking dogs nearby that spent very long periods of time each night awake and alerting the neighborhood. The house does look exactly like the pictures so that is nice. The hot tub was clean and hot, the deck is generously appointed with plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen.
