Perfect home for a family vacation. Kids loved the ping pong table. Bikes in great shape! Clark was outstanding at communication. We love Sunriver and this house was exceptional!

We vacationed in Sunriver to celebrate college graduations. This house is located close to all the fun things we had planned and provided the comfort of a family home where we could gather and relax after our busy days. We took the ski lift up Mt. Bachelor, hiked to Benham Falls, watched Bend's fireworks shot off Pilote Butte, had an excellent dinner at Sunriver Brewery, rode bikes to The Village and around the trails, and had extended family from Bend join us for a BBQ.

The house was perfect for our group - Grandma, daughter, daughter in law and granddaughter Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed all the amenities very muchIt was very well stocked and we loved the location- will definitely rent it again!

The photos do not do this home justice. It was lovely and so so cozy and nicer than the photos show. We were very surprised when we walked in! There is a storage space under the stairs that my daughter made into a cozy room for herself to hide from all the noise. Lots of separation made it nice for our family of 9 to feel like we could be together but have our privacy.

I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of quality pots and pans, dishes, knives, and tableware. It made it easy to cook for Thanksgiving! This is not the case with other rentals. The instructions are clear and the hosts were very timely in their responses to our questions. We would stay in the property again!

Great property to rent with friends/family when meeting up with others in Sunriver. Liked the north quiet location of property. Did tons of biking to swim, village, and Benham falls.

We had a wonderful stay here with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children. The house was spacious for our group and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes, foosball, ping pong and the spa. Everything was in great shape and clean. We would definitely come back.

The house was very clean, and was nicely decorated with upgraded finishes. There was enough space and entertainment for two families with teenagers. 8 passes to the SHARC and the marina, plus bikes, foosball, ping pong, hot tub, and comfy spots to hang out (indoors and out) made for an awesome vacation home.

The property was perfect. Only issue was with SHARC facility staff. Handed staff 5 passes to enter and they handed back 4. Noticed this a few minutes later and returned to staff and he insisted there were only 4. (if so then why did they let 5 of us in?) Next day talked to manager and they quickly found the missing pass. Said pass most likely fell between computer and desk as employee was scanning. If I wasn't paying attention I would have had to pay $75 fee for lost pass. Be careful of SHARC staff.

Our annual girls trip to Sunriver, we had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and very well appointed. The owners did an excellent job or leaving instructions around the property for our benefit. We did not take advantage of the Sharc passes, but it was nice to know they were thee if we wanted them. We did need to reach out a couple of time for minor issues, and Clark was quick to reply. We liked it so much we have rented it again, for our 2025 trip.
