Stayed Dec 21, 2025Host was welcoming and warm. Every time the wind blew it sounded like the roof was coming off the house. This was during the day and the night. This is why ppl put tires on the roofs of mobile homes. I will never stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Four families with kids from 5 - 20 years old. We stayed in three of the variable lodging options Koko, Beautiful, and Four toes. Plenty of space despite a lot of people. Rustic feeling to some degree. Gym was closed when we were there but there is good hiking not too far away. We used the place as our base for skiing at Angel Fire but am could have skiied Red River (25 minutes away) or Taos (45) as well. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Anita's property. The place was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Anita was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. She gave us a detailed and friendly introduction to the area, which made our visit even more enjoyable. It's clear that she takes great care in maintaining the property and ensuring her guests feel at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!As a side-note, Eagle Nest is a perfect place to stay for a ski trip in either Red River or Angel Fire - it is close to both places but without the crowd.
