Beautiful mountain home with pool, hot tub, balcony, washer/dryer & WiFi

Incredible place !!

The location and pool access were ideal.

Our family stayed in this wonderful home for 5 days in late July. The location was perfect - very short drive to all of the main activities in Steamboat. It is also a fast bike ride from the neighborhood to the bike path that runs along the Yamba - so very easy to bike to town as well. There are 2 grocery stores very close, and we also did Doordash one night.The unit is extremely clean and very nice. The hot tub and outdoor deck is wonderful, and all of the rooms and beds were perfect. The games in the basement - particularly the arcade machine with 1000s of games - were a huge hit with my kids in the evening.There is A/C that covers the entire home, including the upstairs bedrooms. Prior reviews made it seem there was no A/C upstairs - that is not the case. It's just that it is a single unit for all 3 floors, so it's hard to keep it cool upstairs just running the downstairs A/C. However, we had no issues as we 1) kept all of the bedroom blinds closed, 2) ran all of the fans and 3) at night opened a screened window or door in each bedroom. This kept them cool at night for wonderful sleep.Kitchen was set-up well, and we played a lot of Uno at night too. TVs were good and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We also used the big pool in the neighborhood and hot tubs there - 2 minute easy walk.All in all - HIGHLY recommend this home. We'll definitely stay here in the winter too. Very close to a lift.

The home was in a great location, very modern, with new appliances, super clean and had a great view from the outdoor patio. However, despite having two propane tanks, no outside grill existed and not enough outdoor seating for a family of 8 to sit and enjoy. In addition, the AC was broken and the home was over 80 degrees which made sleeping in unbareable. When I booked 3 months in advance I asked about central air and they said the home was equipped with it and sure enough when we got there, it wasnt' working. We had to call maintenance as well and deal with that which put a damper on the vacation.

The home is beautiful, very well maintained and up to date. We had our whole family: 8 adults and a 4 year old staying the week. There are lots of extras in the kitchen, gameroom (funnest pinball machine we’ve ever played) a beautiful hot tub and plenty of tvs. The area is a perfect location to the town! And the pool and weight room for the neighborhood is super nice and walking distance from the home! we did have a few issues 1) upon arrival to the home, the freezer on the refrigerator was not working, but maintenance showed up quickly and got it turned on and worked the rest of our trip. the 2nd issue was the air conditioning. It was quite warm the week we were there (unseasonably) and all 5 bedrooms are upstairs there was only one night that the house cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. Maintenance had called and said they were getting some kind of notice with the air conditioning. So they came out and fixed it for that night! Luckily there were plenty of fans (only one bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan). Another thing was the big gas grill was broken so we were unable to use. Also the front door was unusable as the keypad didn’t work - luckily the garage keypad worked! Maintenance confirmed the front door keypad didn’t work… wasn’t really a problem but would’ve been nice to know. All in all, this place is as beautful as advertised. And we would gladly stay there again, if we come back to steamboat springs!

Lovely home with a ton of amenities The game room is a huge hit with multiple games:pinball, ping pong, huge tv, also nice washer and dryer The home is walking distance to the neighborhood pool and weight room and both are kept super nice! All bedrooms (5) in the home are on the top floor which gets very warm in the late evening/night. There’s an AC unit for the whole home, but it is located downstairs so hard to maintain a cool temperature upstairs. There’s three bathrooms on the 3rd floor with the bedrooms and then a full bathroom in the basement and a 1/2 bath on the 2nd (main floor) Our stay was in late June and there were unseasonable high temps so probably not typically a problem there are also numerous fans in each room which does help! Only one bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan. The kitchen is huge with everything you can think of including spices! The back deck is lovely with a giant very clean/nice hot tub,picnic table and several chairs along with a fireplace -which we did not use The gas grill had been previously broken so we were unable to use this as well. Communication was great and over all this place is wonderful! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this home!

Home was nice, location very good. No help from mangement company on several issues, finally just gave up. Propane on smashed grill out. Some shades not working, front door lock not working. Kitchen was poorly equiped.

Had great time, suppose to be pet free important to us since I have allergies, but after lounge on couches we were all covered in white short cat hair, stayed for long weekend several members of group developed folliculitis a day after we left likely from hot tub

Loved the open concept of the main floor into the patio area, giving an inclusive invitation for all to enjoy. The many bedrooms and bathrooms in the top floor allow for great sleeping quarters and for many to get ready at the same time. Super fun games and activities in the downstairs.

We had a group of 8 adults. While we look for places with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths so each couple has private space, for this property we didn’t realize the top floor with all the bedrooms only has 3 bathrooms so there was unexpected sharing. Not a big deal but just didn’t realize this was how the house was set up. It’s a quick walk to the lift to bring you to the main mountain. The shuttle was great to go into town. The hot tub was dirty but they came out to clean it. Overall would recommend for a large group ski trip!
