Newly remodled home. Sleeps six adults Easily. The Vail Racquet Club is just next door with a pool and hot tub and a complete work out facility for an additional fee. Gore Park (Dog Park) is the view out the front door. The town of Vail bus stop is 100 yards away and runs every 15 minutes during ski season. Snow shoe and hiking trails are within walking distance. The vail golf course is close by and a cross country skier s paradise in the winter months. Pitkin Market is close and has a large variety of groceries and a liquor store next door.
The town house was in a nice location, very close to the bus stop and convenient to the Racquet club which was next door for optional use ($20 per day) of their pool and hot tub membership. Living space, bathrooms and bedrooms waere nice and worked well with our 5 person group. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen could use more of the basics if your group likes to cook, but someone had mentioned that in an earlier review. Toilets are all really short (14) so not ideal for taller folks or those with knee problems.
The location was perfect for our month-Long visit in Vail. Location could not have been easier to access the public bus with ample parking for our cars. Daily addressed every issue that arose with expedient efficiency. The set up is excellent for two couples and kids. Our recommendations include additional ice trays, and a couple of extra kitchen tools if you plan on cooking. property support team is incredible -Every morning the walkway was shoveled before we left and salted, which was amazing considering the amount of snow we got. This was not the case with the parking lot that is managed by the complex. Everything else was well supplied. The early morning view from the living room as the sun rises- made my day Would stay again in a minute!!
Property was comfortable. Contact was extremely responsive. Enjoyed the stay!
The place was great and host was very accommodating.. about 25 minute shuttle ride to vail. If you’re looking for a hottub with your stay, this isn’t it.. $35 per person per day to use one.
Everything was fantastic about this place. It's definitely dated, but nonetheless cared for extremely well, super clean, incredibly quiet and private, and everything works perfectly. It was very comfortable and roomy for two families of four. And the location is simply awesome, right next to the park, Gore Creek, and the bus stop to Vail. We've been searching for a place to buy in Vail for about two years and this would be at the top of our list ... if it were for sale!
Perfect location. Short drive , or bus ride, to Vail Village. Excellent property for 3 couples..enabling each couple to have their own bedroom and bath. Nice size kitchen and living area. Well stocked for arrival. Would definitely recommend!
Very accommodating property! Only have one note to self- Bring extra ice trays as the Association does not allow a water line to the freezer/fridge. You may need it as the fridge did not appear to hold a cold setting. Owner was very attentive to our needs/concerns. Definitely recommend this diamond find!!!
Perfect location for the bus and well stocked kitchen!
Beautiful and clean house with everything you need. Owner is very nice and responsive. Close to shuttle bus stop which bring to Vail village on the snowy day. Especially enjoy the upgraded new kitchen cooking ware. ?
Perfect place to stay. Close to everything in Vail and nearby. Would stay here again!
This is a fantastic property with a fantastic location. I would recommend fans as an option in the rooms, but other than that it was unbelievable. The location next to the park was perfect for our family. The only other suggestion is maybe a welcome guide with info on local store options, bus info , typical vacationers information.
