Fabulous, completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one level condo located on the Stadium golf course; situated behind the gates of the exclusive PGA West development, ‘The Western Home of Golf’. A superb location overlooking the 15th tee of the world-famous Stadium course, and across the street from one of the many relaxing pool and hot tub areas. This quiet location has a gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa mountains.

This 1550 sq foot, one level condo has been renovated with no expense spared. The renovations include 18” diagonal tile floors, wall-to-wall carpets in bedrooms, refinished ceilings, maple cabinets, granite counter tops, wood baseboards and high-end stainless steel appliances. The ceilings throughout the condo are vaulted, and the windows have plantation shutters. This well stocked and appointed condo is actively maintained and managed.

The master and guest bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, solid wood furniture and quality bedding. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which provides easy access and privacy. The master bedroom is located on the beautifully-manicured golf course with a sliding glass door leading to the patio. The guest bedroom looks onto a private courtyard.

The living room features a full wet bar and gas fireplace with a beautiful view through the sliding glass doors of the PGA West Stadium course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Just outside the living room is a large patio where you can enjoy breakfast or cocktails while taking in the serene view. The patio has high-end furniture consisting of a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. For a more private setting the courtyard has a patio table and 4 chairs as well as a 2-chair bistro set.

The dining room features a large, pub-height table with six comfortable chairs which accommodates lingering after meals. Beside the dining table are bar stools that sit at the granite counter overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a granite coffee bar and stool.

Enjoy the smart TV in the den from one of the reclining sofa seats, or lay in bed and watch TV in either bedroom. Utilities and wireless high-speed internet are included.

A Weber stainless steel natural gas barbecue is located in the private courtyard. The two-car detached garage is located off the courtyard with easy access to the condo front door. Cleaning supplies, bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided.

The gated community of PGA West has 6 excellent golf courses including 3 open to the public. Enjoy a meal or beverage at the public PGA West clubhouse restaurant before or after golf, or any time. There are miles of quiet streets for walking, biking and jogging within PGA West, and the community provides 24/7 security for a safe, worry free stay.

World class spas and restaurants are located in the Coachella Valley along with excellent shopping areas such as El Paseo, Westfield mall, and Cabazon outlet mall.

    Our stay on the PGA course was amazing- I wish we could have stayed longer. The views of the mountains and beautiful Palm trees were heavenly, from both the condo and the nearby pools. We loved the two king bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and spacious closets. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are great, including a wine fridge. We can only hope to return!

    We had the best vacation. This property was everything it was advertised to be…clean, well stocked, comfortable. The view of the golf course and mountains were wonderful. Neighborhood pools were clean and most provided shade if needed. Orange, grapefruit and lemon trees provided us fresh juice everyday. Couldn’t have asked for more!

    This property sits on the 15th fairway of the Peter Dye Stadium golf course. It is very close to the tee boxes and can easily watch golfers tee off. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Very much enjoyed our week long stay.

    We have been coming to the Coachella Valley in March for 14 years and we have stayed at PGA West for at least 10 of those years. This particular home was the best (and we have stayed at nice places in the past). The location was perfect (the 15th tee of the Stadium Course), everything was in perfect working condition and it just felt like home. The owners could not have been nicer and answered every question we had (although we didn't have many). We love the place and want to go back soon,
