Beautiful modern home just 20 mins from downtown Indy & 25 mins from Grant Park

Very nice home and great location.

House had everything we needed and was very clean. The activities we had planned were canceled because of the blizzard and the house had plenty of space to hang out and we made the most out our weekend getaway. Would stay again. Also a perk was use of the garage. We did not think there would be A blizzard so we were very grateful we could park in there. The only thing we had to get used to was that the HVAC system is very loud when it’s on. It sounds like a really loud fan when running.

This is our 4th time staying at this property. It is in a lovely quiet, safe, neighborhood. Not far from city,(15 min) and not far from restaurants to drive to. We hope to stay here again next year!

Property was great!! Took a second to figure out the lighting in the master bath ( technology - LOL ). Only other concern was only could get info from the email from Michael couldn't reply - would go back to just the listing. I did not have the app or want to install - a number exchange would havbe been nice if someting had come up. Other than that best house we have stayed at!!!

The house looks even better in person than on the photos. It is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished, and well appointed. It is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The owner/manager is friendly, helpful and responsive. We would rent the property again when we go back to Indianapolis. I highly receommend this property.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean with plenty of space. Nice big shower and bathtub after a long day of work activities. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Good local options for dinner and drinks. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was awesome, close to the activities we wanted. House was great, had enough room for all of us and was clean.

Needed more space that motel rooms can provide. Needed laundry. Needed more than one bathroom. Appreciated the accommodations.

The house was perfect for our stay and group size. The master bedroom and bath were huge and amazing. The owner really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable.

We totally enjoyed our stay here in Indianapolis. The house was perfect for us to be able to prepare meals, with a well stocked kitchen of tools, and equipment. We were able to have family breakfasts to start our days, headed out to a day of adventures, and then rounded out with dinner and a movie on the couches. The house has extremely comfortable beds with fine linens, but the best part.... the master bathroom. The spa like rain shower and soaker tub was a special treat for our vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is very well cared for. I was so pleased with this property. THANK YOU !

The house was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay. We really appreciated not having to bring or buy the small things like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. Our host provided these things so we didn’t have to worry about running to the store for forgotten items. The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and were nicely decorated as well. It was my niece’ wedding and my parents were with us. It was nice to all be able to stay together and enjoy each other’s company before and after the wedding. Many thanks to our host!

We spent most of our time in Carmel, IN. This rental is only 15-20 min away to everywhere we needed to be. The house was in great condition and we didn't have any issues with check-in, the cleanliness, or the supplies onsite. Will definitely look for this house again next time I need to travel to Indianapolis.

I recommend 100% This was a beautiful home very well stocked with everything you will need for a home away from home vacation. The decor was great. Very comfortable beds and great location. Lots of things to do within 20 minutes of the home. We loved our time here and will most certainly be staying here again when we are in the area!.

This property was everything it advertised itself as and was perfect for our stay! The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra fans upstairs, as the second floor got warm (but that’s to be expected of a two story house in the summer heat in the midwest!). We also appreciated the televisions in the bedrooms and the simple check out process. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting the area!
