Beautiful Modern Designer Home ~ Downtown - 4-Bed/4-Bath

Easy check in, great area and a lot of good restaurants/bars in surrounding area.

Our host was super friendly, accommodating and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house has multiple levels so, for guests with limited mobility, it was a challenge to get from one floor to another. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance (The Dawson & LaScarola). Overall we enjoyed our stay with our family of 9 during the holiday season.

Good stay. All worked well. Accommodated 8 adults comfortably without issue. Host was very responsive to questions about detailed needs booking. Also very responsive to resolving a few very minor items during our stay.

Perfect for a girls trip!!

Several friends and my self stayed for 2 nights. We all came from different states and were in town for the cowboy’s game. We all were pleasantly surprised at how well kept the property was. Everything that we needed was provided. The owners were quick to respond to any questions i had and very willing to help. I would be very happy to be able to stay there again

We stayed at the property for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was very nice and the host was so accommodating! The coffee maker was also a big plus. Highly, highly recommend for a large group! Great stay!

Just finished a stay at this pristine property. Cary the owner of the property was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our travel needs. The property is located in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of short ride share rides. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again when coming back to visit Chicago.

We planned a much needed girls weekend at this wonderful property and it exceeded all of our expectations! The home is beautiful and clearly has been well taken care of. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The location was I great and in walking distance of so many local spots. We wish we could give this property more than 5 starts, don’t wait and book this location while you can!!
