Beautiful Mnt Views! Private Pool, Cascading Spa & Wifi - PGA West Home - 3BD#105895

This is our second time renting this house and working with I Trips, I just have to say what a pleasure they are to work with. They keep you informed each step of the way, always available in a timely manner if needed. This large and beautiful house is located on the 4th fairway of the Nicklus Tournament course, the backyard space is fantastic and the views are STUNNING. The house is well stocked and clean, the Casita is great to have if you need a private office space to work. We come each year with two other couples and everyone has private space. You won't be disappointed.

This was our 6th year booking a house for our yearly trip to the AMEX PGA tournament and every year we've been lucky enough to rent an AMAZING house for us and two other couples, this was a great house in a great location, layed out for well for 3 couples. The Casita was spacious and VERY comfortable per the couple who stayed in it. Everything you could ask for is available in the house and the backyard space is GORGEOUS. My only complaint with this particular house was the fact it's the most expensive house we've rented and with the astronomical fees we paid on top of the nightly charge you would expect to not pay extra for heat. Yes I completely understand heating the pool in the winter is expensive but we get one every year and it's usually a 50 per day charge built into the final pricing, here you are charged by the Therm and then you get an allowance for heat back then pay another charge when you check out and they read the meter. We had NO idea how much they were going to charge after checkout. Don't mind paying for the pool and spa, it's the uncertainty that's a little painful.

Second time staying at this property as a family and it was amazing as usual! Love the location and all the amenities. It has comfy beds and a great living space.

This was our first VRBO experience and while the house was nice and as listed the overall experience with the management team could have been better. They overwhelmed us with procedures regarding who’s driving the car because the gate house will not let us pass. The guard never even checked my ID when we first arrived, just a name check. Also confusing was trying to clear an UBER driver to come to the house. Hopefully next time will be better.

Everyone had their own room and bathroom and my husband and I were so comfortable in the casita with our new baby! Well stocked kitchen, gorgeous outdoor living area, and comfy beds! 10/10 recommend!

Overall excellent rental. Great location, relaxing, nice views/sunsets, comfortable and clean bathrooms, large living space with great TV, wifi solid, well equipped kitchen, great covered patio with heater & awnings, great pool & spa (heating costly), nice outdoor BBQ, comfortable furniture throughout, master bedroom good views and spacious but mattress worn (sheets don't fit), casita nice with enclosed patio (thermostat did not work).

Amazing location and house! Great hosts and we had a lovely time. Thank you!
