Beautiful Mashpee/New Seabury House - - Minutes to Beach

Nice home in a beautiful neighborhood.

The perfect space to stay for our nearby family wedding. 7 of us, plus our new baby and we never felt cramped. The house and neighborhood was beautifully landscaped, and very peaceful. Everything was as represented, and the house fully equipped for cooking and good old fashioned family fun. Many thanks to our hosts, and their cleaning staff for their efforts to make our experience the best. Would stay again. Another bonus, 2 beaches very very nearby, some would say walking distance - but I preferred driving over (South Beach had the better parking). We really enjoyed the Roche Brothers grocery stores selection of prepared foods nearby. Nearby shopping = good. In all, a great trip.

Alan was extremely responsive and the house was very nice. The only issue we had was the living area be was very open and sound traveled. After my 3 1/2’year old grandson went to sleep, we had to talk very softly and keep the tv very soft which was a pain. For older kids C or people that go to sleep late it wouldn’t be an issue.

Highly recommend this house. This property does not disappoint! Beautiful and spacious home with a fully stocked kitchen! Loved the proximity to The Poppononset Inn as well as the beach and restaurants. Hope to come back again!

Stunning home with a wonderful amenities. The house itself, is perfect. Plenty of room, a well- stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings. Cable TV in the bedrooms would be a plus. (Many folks fall asleep to a tv)

The house was beautiful and in a quiet area. The location was very convenient, close to beaches and shopping. The kitchen was spacious as were the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for a great vacation on the Cape. Alan and Mary were easy to deal with and were very prompt in responding to any of our questions or concerns.

Had a great experience staying at this rental the weekend of my wedding! It was a great size for a few family members to stay overnight and for all the ladies to get ready the day of the wedding. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.

The property is impeccable! It is new very comfortable for family and friends, crispy clean, and has air-condition. The neighborhood is respectable and quiet. It is located just short ride to two beaches. We bought a parking sticker to the town beach which was very convenient. The beach is a bit narrow but very long. The house has everything you might need! The communication with Alan and Mary was great. They respond promptly to any questions and requests. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house in lovely neighborhood. Convenient to beaches and bike trails. The house very well designed with great comfy porch. Each bedroom is spacious. Great kitchen and also large deck. .
