Custom built in 1997, this beautiful Vineyard home offers panoramic views of the Elizabeth Islands and Vineyard Sound and is located off of Lambert's Cove Road, just under a mile from desirable Lambert's Cove beach. In addition to the breathtaking water views, the sunsets, viewed from the expansive deck, are nothing short of spectacular.

Designed as an ''upside down'' house to take advantage of the water views, the first floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is ascreened in porch off of the master bedroom, helping to bring the ''outside in.''

The second floor, with its open floor plan includes the kitchen with solid pine cabinets, dining room, family room, and a half bath. All natural woodwork throughout. The cathedral ceiling on the second floor adds to the airy feel of the house.

The finished walkout basement includes an additional bedroom as well as a family room with full futon and a full bathroom.
