Stayed Jul 26, 2025What a beautiful home with just about everything a large group would ever need. From sipping coffee on the back porch with the chipmunks and hummingbirds to watching ospreys and bald eagles this home is set on one of the most picturesque places in all of Grand Lake.Our large group of 10 had plenty of personal space and never felt crammed. The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and we never once said I wish this place had something we needed.Some other reviews mentioned not enough hot water. We never had this issue and again large group of 5 adults and 5 kids.One review mentioned the window in the master bathroom as needed to be covered. All windows were tinted and would be impossible to see into that window from any neighboring house.We found this house to be warm and cozy and would recommend to others.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This property has plenty of room to accommodate filling all of the beds while providing secluded areas for quiet time if desired. The garage game room was awesome and used a lot. The neighborhood is quiet with low traffic yet just a few minutes from Grand Lake and all that little town has to offer. We rented a pontoon one day and most of the family were able to make a short walk to a public dock located very close to the property. Trail Ridge Marina was where I rented our pontoon, and they are good people with great service and are easy to work with. I highly recommend this property based on the quality of the house, the location and the great communication with the owners.
