I have rented many houses in the past and this one is among one of the best ones. The house accommodated all of our family during Christmas. The house is very spacious, clean and very new. The pool area is excellent, and we were able to enjoy it. The communication with the property manager was very easy. I highly recommend this property to anyone.
As presented. Accommodated the family. Had a great time. Kids and Adults spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi. Note heat on made it ideal down in the low 60s.
Our stay was for 5 days, we had a family reunion for my husband’s siblings & parents to meet up. Mostly let the cousins swim and game in the cool game room. I wish there was more seating in the game room but those bean bags were huge and comfy! The pool also was kinda nasty when they first got in which was handled well, 2 times someone came out with in the day and it wasa holiday. (Y’all need a new net pole by the pool that stays together, we couldn’t scoop very easily) The thing that brought us to this location was the size/ amount of rooms. The budget was right for this place too. We liked having a big kitchen and table with so much extra seating at the counter. Didn’t need to buy an ice cream scoop, veg peeler or cookie sheet, this kitchen was stocked. (Y’all might wanna bring measuring cups though) The ice machine could not keep up so buy a bag of ice too. Target and SO many places were super close. Though, the entire time we had trouble getting scanned in to the security gates. The listing should probably mention or show the pool is right in view of the road and security gate. There’s a lot of parking though so I wasnt too worried about it. The lazy River place was cool too! Definitely busy on the holiday. Probably would have been nice to know there were tons of extra towels in the first floor bathroom. And the trash situation was difficult, for that amount of bedrooms you’d think the trash bag receptacle would be bigger. The bedrooms were all super nice.
Great place and good location. The only problem was the gate scanner didn’t work. Would love to stay again. The parking was really great.
This house was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were even larger than they appear. You can see the Target from the front door but it’s actually a 3 minute drive. Shopping centers everywhere for convenience. Ladies there’s a great nail salon close by called Lee’s Nail Salon right next to a Publix, TJ Maxx, Dollar General and I think a Ross. The hot tub was our favorite but we had to figure it out, it takes about 30- 40 minutes to get really hot so we took that much time to get all the kids settled on Disney Day and the adults luxuriated! The house fits 26 people but it was only 11 of us so there was plenty of room. I’m still trying to find enough family to return to that house!
The house was excellent and clean, however the sliding door lock was broken, braced it with a broom stick and was fixed the following day, kitchen faucet was broken and was never fixed, otherwise it was a great place to stay.
Other than some minor issues, this house met our group of 20s needs. Unfortunately the minor issues were discovered almost daily over our 5 days there and I had to call the property management division almost every day. The pool pump stopped working, the hot tub wouldn't heat, the bathroom door for one of the downstairs bathrooms wouldn't close all of the way and the dryer wouldn't dry before it just stopped working. The staff was prompt in responding to the calls and were super friendly. There was only one complaint about the beds, which I'd say is pretty good with 20 people in the house. The game room was a hit with the kids, even though the pool table was warped and had worn felt.
This vacation was the first time my family and I rented a house and the rental did not disappoint. The check in process was simple and the house was very clean. The only issue we had was with the barcode that we were given to scan at the gate. It never worked. We had to enter through the front gate which was farther from the house but it was no big deal. Overall I would still recommend this property........
Very spacious. We had 16 people and still room for more. We were not on top of each other. Most beds were comfortable. Has some expected wear and tear of a rental. I do recommend the pool bricks to be be fixed and bolts to be tightened to outside tables(very wobbly). One brick has sunk deep and is a trip hazard. Also not enough towels if you had the maximum occupancy. Plenty of kitchen essentials. But overall beautiful home. Great location to Disney & Silver Spurs Arena. It is on the corner. Parking in front and on side. Flawless booking and check in. Highly recommend!!
Nice house, enjoyed the vacation
The photos of the actual house were accurate except for the area of the pool that didn't show there was a parking lot right next to the house where anybody and everybody for car pooling could see your kids in the pool and you tanning outside. You could tell the house was used for only being a year old, chips in drywall/wall areas, coffee pot missing, bathroom door wasn't locking right because a damage, missing gaming controllers, pool table & fuseball table damaged (bottom disconnecting, balls getting stuck in side). It was ok to sleep, clean (if you didn't see cobwebs on walls & corners). Very attentive management! Most issues were corrected same or next day with property management. I would not rent house again but would rent from property management any time.
Overall good
I loved everything from the location, the cleanliness, and all of the amenities. Having a water park on property was lovely. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no cleaning supplies to tidy up in between bathroom usage and we had to provide our own toilet paper for the remainder of our vacation, you don’t want to over buy and have to buy more, but you don’t want to buy too much either. Other than that, the property itself met all of our expectations and our families were able to create more memories for the books! Thank you
Bad Stuff: I was very surprised at the lack of focus on the experience there was at this place. The toilet paper is gas station paper and you get one per bathroom doesn't matter how long you are staying. One $1 store paper towel, and three small trash bags. Nothing in the fridge to help with cooking. No salt, pepper, oil, pan spray, no detergent or dish washer tablets. No greeting table and no welcome. Everyone that stays here has to buy everything because they clean it out every time. Pool floor is sunken in and the hot tub doesn't work. Good Stuff: It was clean for the most part. We did see one cockroach in the house. The beds are nice. The pool is nice to have and they did leave a couple pool toys. The view of the lake is great. Perfectly placed right behind a Target so you can go buy everything you will need to stay.
