Our house is a lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bath lakefront home, completed in 2020 on over an acre of land! We are located in the Fairmount Community, which is right around the corner from a grocery store, deli restaurant, Ace hardware store, liquor store and car wash. With over 2400 sq. ft of main living space, we offer a large open concept family room and kitchen for entertaining and relaxing with many guests. Stayed Aug 16, 2025Nice location and has all the features as advertised. Definitely plan on bringing your food with you as there are few options for dining out. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of separation from the neighbors.Furnishings are nice inside but the outdoor furniture is in need of maintenance or replacement.Great being able to park in the huge garage in the heat of summer.Fishing off the dock was very slow except for plenty of small perch.

Stayed May 16, 2025Our family enjoyed the space for all 12 of us to get together with my youngest daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday in a laid back manner. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, fishing, playing yard games, having a couple bonfires in the fire pit.Thanks again

Stayed Feb 23, 20258 fishermen spent 5 nights and had plenty parking in the u shaped drive way for trucks and boat trailers. The house had plenty room to make everyone comfortable. The place is located in a quiet cove and the boat dock worked out well to leave and charge boats on the water. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 28, 2024The house was roomy for all of us - 5 adults and 5 teenagers. The view was spectacular and the house was very clean and well-equipped for our Thanksgiving meal/cooking. The kids had plenty to do inside and outside. The area around the property was quiet and tranquil. The huge bonus/playroom was a hit. The owner was very responsive and all directions were clear and easy to effectuate. We loved our Thanksgiving holiday here!

The cove the house is in was perfect for the kids to swim in and even big enough to tube in. The owners were amazing at getting back to us when we messaged them. Highly recommend this place for your next family trip on Toledo!
