Beautiful Lakefront Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely love this quant home with its views of the lake. Very peaceful with all the conveniences. The Peppers are very responsive as well. We will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for a getaway. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to accommodations and amenities. Being pet friendly was great! Lyn was great to work with and very helpful!

Lyn graciously opened her home to us. What a beautiful lake home. It was very roomy, better than described. We enjoyed the huge back deck under the shade trees and the dock where we played in the water all day. We were able to dock a pontoon inside one of the slips. Lots of memories were made during our long weekend. My personal favorite part was the eclectic decor. Such fun little things tucked in unexpected places. Thank you Lyn!

The location and lake was great.The house could be great BUT it needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. My husband and I spent the first day cleaning there was hair everywhere even on the sheets I had to wash them before I would even think about letting my children and grandchildren sleep on them. The refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. If you have allergies do not stay in this house!!! I was miserable.Ms.Peppers was very nice she let us check in early the house just really needs a good cleaning then it would be a nice place.

Pros:Great house to stay in. Well stocked with everything you need for the kitchen. Very cozy. Cons:The road leading to the house was awful, no fault of the owner. Pot holes galore. Front axle broke on one of our cars and had to get towed. Master bed way to firm for my liking. And master shower would almost over flow with every shower due to not draining fast enough. Could use a deep cleaning, tooth paste on walls and faucet when we got there. Overall it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is how it is described. Owners were very easy to work with and they allow pets. We traveled with 3 large dogs and it's difficult to find places that will allow them. Tha k you!

Lyn has an awesome property with anything and everything anyone could need. The home is very comfortable and spacious, with a deck and screened porch. We fished a lot from the dock, and had a great time. Fishing tip: For catfish, dusk was best with chicken livers that we’d had for a day hence some “extra” scent. Thank you Lyn! We’ll plan to be back next year!

This was a great location--lovely views of the lake and we could watch water fowl from the couch. The house is very well-maintained and an easy place to visit with family. It's located on a dirt road that made for some really nice dog walks. The host was very responsive to our questions. Thanks, Lyn!

We enjoyed the house very much. Quiet area, beautiful views. Stocked with most of the things we needed to make meals and even some extras like spices.

We want to thank you for sharing your lovely lake home with our family. They caught lots of fish the beginning of the week. Once it turned colder the fish stop biting. The diehards stilled fished until the last day. We had s'mores by the fire pit and endless amount of peace and quiet. We will be back.

The location was great. The cabin was good for out group and well equipped. Time on the lake was amazing.

Best stocked rental and best host I've experienced. Walk up from the dock is easy. Our 4-year-old autistic grandson had the time of his life with the slide.and jumpng off the dock. Would love to stay there again.

Well first thing if you’re going to rent a place please make sure it’s clean coffee pot was left with old coffee grounds in it and dish water left in sink our sheets looks like they hadn’t been changed (I did spray them down it Lysol spray that I had with me !! And I also brought air freshener to spray the house because it smells bad and please clean your screen in porch it’s a beautiful place but it’s filthy I was scared I was going to spit down those back steps because they need cleaning bad you have a pressure washer so use it!!!!! If you don’t have the time pay someone to do it you have a beautiful place it just need a GOOD CLEANING!!!!!!!! And no I will not be back .. DD

The house is beautifully decorated and is situated between trees with a breathtaking view of the lake. The house is always clean and has everything we need to take a break from the hustles of life. We love to fish and recently bought a boat which we used while on Weiss Lake. It was such a pleasure to be boating and fishing like we use to do on Lake Mead when we lived in Nevada. Thank you, Lyn, for being an exceptional host, and we will be back again soon.

This was a great place for our family! Everything you would need in the kitchen. Great outdoor deck and dock. Would definitely stay here again. Lyn is very prompt when I needed to ask questions.
