Fully appointed and professionally decorated. Add the screened porch and the deck to soak up the sun....all overlooking the lake and you may not want to leave this accommodation for activities you've planned on your stay. Lake is private so I'm sorry but NO fishing or swimming allowed.
Offering up to 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to all city conveniences. 7 minutes to Downtown, 15 to Keeneland, 20 to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Stayed with family to attend Keeneland. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Almost all rooms had an en-suite bathroom. Great location nice quiet area.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025This was a beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful setting. The house has lots of space, bathrooms and bedrooms. The big negative was there is no control for the air conditioning downstairs and it was freezing. The downstairs space has lots of comfortable seating and is a more open space for hanging out with a group but it was to cold. The property manager told us to turn (which we did) but it didn't really heat it up much.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023Didn’t get to return hostess because of sickness but those she sent in her place were outstanding. A problem came up with an outside door closure but was addressed immediately. Later in the week another issue that help was also attended to and didn’t have any negative impact on our stay. We were 3 couples from different states and we more than enough space and accommodatations. Alyson is in our prayers.

Stayed Oct 25, 2023It is a great property. Lots of bedrooms and places to cook. It would be nice to add a guide in the house for easy reference on how to use certain things in the home. The host was very responsive to any questions. NOTE: There is no cable tv/smart tv access. Just an antenna. The Wi-Fi is also very slow and spotty. Bring your own Firestick if you want to watch anything other than local channels. Hotspot access is also helpful. Overall, it's a solid 4 star property.
