Beautiful Lake Sinclair Retreat w/ Dock & Deck!

Beautiful house and beautiful location. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the downstairs games room.

Amazing property! Great location, nicely appointed, tons of space. My family thoroughly enjoyed are time at this property, and the game room was so much fun! I hope to rent this property again.

It was a great house and location. Had trouble with garbage being picked up. Over all family had a great time.

First, the place and the location were beautiful. The house needs some attention/work in our opinion. Downstairs sheet had a stain. Pillow sham had what looked like drool. The stain did not wash out but drool spot did. One of the bunkbed room sheets also had what looked like a juice spill; it washed out as well. I'm washing bedding? Also, don't look under the beds.The two kayaks and two paddleboards in the pictures turned out to be 1 kayak and 1 paddleboard. The paddleboard had a leak and cold not hold an adult. I was given info by management to rent replacements: 80 for 8 hours a piece for two paddleboards and one kayak. 240 a day at my expense!The umbrella on the dock was missing. I was told it had blown away. I had to set up a 100 canopy; the dock was hot enough to cook an egg. No hose to rinse off after our lake activities. Management did drop one off at front door, but did not ring the door bell or knock. Back porch was not swept, sprayed off, or dusted for cobwebs on furniture. I think the hose has been gone for a while since the house was covered with spider webs.Bottom floor toilet seat was on by one hinge so it moved around when you used it. Both outside trash cans were full and we had 5 days of trash from 12 people in the garage. Paddle boards, kayak, and umbrella would have made it exceptional. Would be nice to get what is pictured. Back yard could also use some upkeep! However, we did not let these issues keep s from having a great family reunion.

We had a wonderful time visiting Lake Sinclair! It was the perfect house for our growing family. My adult daughters & their spouses had plenty of room while our teenage daughter & her friend enjoyed their space. We loved being on the lake & still close to town. The house was beautiful!

Would definitely love to return. Super clean. Selected this location because it had everything. Three king beds and three full baths on the lake. Perfect for three couples. Right on the lake. The guys liked hanging out on the dock and fishing. Beds were comfortable. Very nice linens. Best stocked kitchen I have encountered thus far and everything in there was clean and in excellent condition. The view is lovely. The game room was amazing. Access was easy. Plenty of parking.

A group of our church ladies stayed here and loved it. Everyone wants to come back next year. The house was spacious, beautiful, well stocked, clean and the beds were cozy.The located on the water was beautiful.The host was great and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This house was such a beautiful place to stay with our family. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location; close to Georgia College where we had many activities planned for our weekend. The host Ann made us feel very welcome, especially with her extra little touches! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Lots of little touches made the stay truly excellent (adjustable beds, USB ports on bedside tables, black makeup towels in all the bathrooms, etc). The view and lake access are perfect, and the location is great - just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, etc. I have occasion to visit this area pretty frequently, and I would definitely stay here again!

This weekend me and eight of my closest college friends had the opportunity to stay at this location. It did not disappoint! The house had EVERYTHING you needed. We will definitely make this our annual living space for homecoming.

We had three families for our stay and this house has every thing you could possibly want/need! Amazing views were a bonus!! Would definitely stay again!!

The house was perfect. Kitchen had every thing you could ever need. Game room was like Dave and Busters. Guest host, Ann, was very helpful & responsive

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It is beautiful! From the stunning views of the lake to the well stocked home… this is our favorite place to stay when we are visiting our daughter.

This is a great house and I can confidently say the best appointed vacation house we have ever stayed in. First of all, the house has plenty of space for a large group or in our case, a smaller group where everyone gets their own room. All of the furniture is comfy, adjustable beds, reclining couches, blankets, soft towels and plenty of them. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook anything you could imagine. I hesitate to say more because we will definitely stay again and I want the place to be available. In all seriousness don’t miss out staying here.

We are very happy we came across this home for our weekend getaway! Very clean, great location, and extremely spacious. We will definitely have this one saved for future visits back!
