Beautiful lake house with game room. Dog friendly

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for my son’s graduation from LA Tech. It was a perfect location close to the airport and had plenty of space for the entire family and friends who came to visit. The owner was super attentive, friendly, and easy to work with. This house was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you!!

The house was perfect, the view was amazing. Having the doc to sit on and drink coffee in the morning was such a bonus.

This was our second year staying at the Lake House. We love the spaciousness, view of the lake from every room and fishing off the dock. Hoping to make this an annual event.

My organization had a small staff retreat and stayed here. Everything was great! Spacious and a great location. We had a problem with the water and the manager was quick to solve the problem!

While the property boasts beautiful lake views and a great layout, our experience was far from enjoyable. Upon arrival, we noticed a dirty kitchen with sticky floors, but the bigger issue arose when we saw a rat run from under the kitchen counter to the dishwasher within 20 minutes of entering. On the second night, we encountered another rat under the kitchen cabinet, confirming a serious pest problem.When we informed the host, their response was dismissive. The suggestion to send the cleaning crew back felt inadequate, as the property should have been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also didn’t feel comfortable waiting around or leaving our belongings unattended during a second cleaning. Even with photo evidence of the rats, the host dismissed our concerns as unreasonable.Other signs of neglect, such as water damage, broken trim, and a pool table missing essential equipment, further reflect poor maintenance. For the high price we paid, we expected much better.This was the first worst rental experience we’ve ever had. A beautiful location doesn’t excuse poor upkeep or pests. I hope the host invests in making this property cleaner, safer, and more hospitable for future guests.

Large house in a great part of Shreveport. We were there for work but it also gave us a great place to meet and relax. Having 3 bathrooms made it very convenient. It looked like a great place to explore the lake, maybe next time.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and spacious. The lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the dock. We would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Shreveport.

This property could not have been more appropriate. Aside from being a well maintained, clean house the layout was perfect. Some in town family and friends came over for dinner and were actually talking about renting this house for a “staycation”. It was Great!!

Fabulous, spacious lakehouse with amazing views of Cross Lake from every room. There is also a wonderful pier for fishing that has a picnic table, lounge chairs and a swing for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink.
