Stayed Nov 8, 2024The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The backyard, pool, spa, fire pit all very nice. Be aware they do have cameras in the back yard. They provide more than most. Everything was easy to find and Chris & Jen were great hosts. The only thing that should be changed/upgraded are the bed linens and pillows.

Stayed Nov 5, 2021Wife and I rented the place for a weekend getaway. Location couldn't have been better, as it was close the the London Bridge area. The house is beautiful, but no privacy in the backyard between cameras and neighbors. Jen the owner was awesome. The inside of the house was great, a few housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed, but not a big deal. The biggest disappointment was the 1 ply sandpaper they supply in the bathroom. For the cost I would expect toilet paper that doesn't hurt, so bring your own if that's a big deal for you. We would definitely rent this for the family next time we return to Lake Havasu. Rent this with confidence.
