The house met our needs of exploring the area and we were able to do many things in and around Lake Geneva and Lake Como areas.

All went well! Perfect spot and amenities for our annual guys golf trip. Kurt & Laura communicated throughout the process. Check in was smooth and the house/back yard and location was ideal.

This amazing property and large home has several places for large groups to gather, large bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms ,large wraparound deck and well equipped kitchen. Pool table and foseball provided indoor entertainment and fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Added bonus a large telescope in the living room. Montana Beach perfect for water sports. Lifeguard, clean facilities and large grassy area. Big foot beach state park an amazing find.

Easy check in and clean and ample supplies and space; gorgeous yard; no stairs for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on main floor

This house was just beautiful. We loved everything about it. The bedrooms were all large, there was plenty of space everywhere and the house was a great example of preserved midcentury architecture. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this very comfortable house.

This is the third time we have stayed and plan to come back in the future. House has a great layout for our group with a great common area.

In a quiet residential area, this home was perfect for our group to have our annual weekend Fiber Retreat. We had plenty of room for our looms, spinning wheels, and knitting projects.Very nice place.

I have rented vacation rentals all over the world and in the US, and I would rank this Okay, but not great. There were several nice updates of the home, and some that still need to be done. For example, all kitchen appliances have been updated, but the cupboards need a facelift, as do the front doors. If the total price had been lower, it would have been easier to overlook, but for what we paid for a weekend in the off season and in an out of the way location, I expected more based on past experiences of renting in the US. What bothered me more, however, was that the day before our stay began, I got a message saying that we should bring bottled water for drinking, and that we were permitted to use only the downstairs fireplace (it is advertised as 2 fireplaces) and with only duraflame logs or a similar more expensive type of wood. I wish the owners had been upfront about the fireplace situation (I had already purchased and packed firewood when I received the message that it couldn't be used) and about the water. I was left scrambling at the last minute making an extra trip to the store for the special firewood and bottled water. Of course, for overseas rentals you expect to have to buy bottled drinking water, but in the US it is expected that the rental will have potable water. Finally, there were no extra blankets and most beds had only sheets and a thin comforter/bedspread, so I kept waking up cold at night and my friends had the same complaint.

The house was very large and accommodating for our group of seven people. The location was perfect for the distance to the venue for a family wedding..

Great trip

We had a great time here on a ski trip with our girls. There was plenty of everything. The pool table and foosball table were a great bonus. Even the out of tune piano provided a lot of fun. Beds were comfy.

We were in town for a family wedding. The reviews we read prior to reserving were right on. The house as you drive up looked small but we were pleasantly surprised how spacious and comfortable it was.It was clean and everything we used worked.We would stay again.

The house was as advertised. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We prepared a large meal and all went very well! The location was great for going out and learning about the area. A return trip has been talked about.

Great location for visiting Lake Geneva area. This is not an upscale property but was fine for what we were looking for. The main living room and downstairs living space could use some new furniture as the couches and chairs are all very old and uncomfortable. The beds were great in the bedrooms. With a little TLC, this could be a great property. We used the fire pit to make s’mores under the stars and rested very peacefully at this property.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Inside of the house is immaculate and has nice large rooms. We loved the main room with the huge fireplace (even though we did not use it). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths were nicely decorated and we all appreciated the walk-in showers. We fell in love with the towns of Delavan and Lake Geneva. Restaurants, shopping and local attractions were plentiful and we did not lack for things to do. We will definitely return!.

This was a beautiful, large, comfortable home! There were 10 of us and plenty of room! We enjoyed the back deck immensely, and loved watching a dozen turkeys roam the backyard. We loved playing pool and Foosball. We watched movies and played games. It was great!games.Thiconveniently located

Nice property with quick acess to Delevan and Lake Geneva. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Great place to stay, enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then explore the area. Or, stay home and enjoy the comforts of this home. Spent 4 days here with a group of friends, 7 friends in all.

This was a great property and the inside is deceiving larger than it looks. Perfect for our work retreat. Very clean and close to everything.

It’s easy access to all of the Lake Geneva area and house is set up for a big family of needed. Host was great, answered any questions we needed and neighbor was awesome in helping with anything we needed as well! We loved it and would stay again
