Beautiful La Quinta Home in Gated Codorniz great for SNOWBIRDS many Extras

Very nice property, true to photos. Property owner attentive and accommodating.

This was a wonderful property located in a quiet gated community. The owner was easy to communicate with and everything was as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool area was just like a pool at a five star resort with views of the palm trees and mountains. We met lots of nice property owners at the pool, and even though we were renters they made us feel welcome. I enjoyed poolside scrabble games with my new Canadian friends. The home was well-appointed and having a garage is a nice feature. We've stayed in a lot of vrbo properties and this is one of the nicest properties we've stayed at in the Palm Springs area at a reasonable price.

Unit well equipped and in a perfect quiet location. Tidy and clean. 3 miles from old town La Quinta and major park with tennis and pickleball. Connie easy to work with. Responded to all inquiries promptly.

Lovely property

Great Location,very clean close to tennis courts and swimming pool. Old town La Quinta is a bike ride away with great shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and very comfortable large TV's in master bedroom and living room. The owners were very responsive to a small issue and had it repaired immediately. They were very helpful and it was a joy to stay at their home. We will be back!!

This vacation home has all the amenities you will need to be comfortable. The location is fantastic....close to Old Town La Quinta, 1 mile from a large grocery store, and not far to all the shopping on El Paseo! And of course there are top rated golf courses all around you!! Cordoniz has their own tennis courts with a very nice swimming pool and exercise room within the development. The owner’s are so pleasant and accommodating if you have any needs. You will appreciate the comfort of the king size beds with excellent quality mattresses.

This was way better then staying at a hotel. Peaceful and quiet and this home was really clean. I had no issues at all with this beautifully decorated home. I really recommend staying here to anyone that gets the chance. We are a baseball family and had a tournament so coming back here instead of a hotel was so much more comfortable compared to a hotel room. I really recommend this home.

My two month stay at this lovely home was perfect. The house was very cozy with exceptionally comfortable beds in both the Master Suite and second bedroom. The home is very well appointed.Connie and Don are wonderful owners who go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. It’s close to everything. Minutes from Old Town La Quinta and the many stores and restaurants on Rt. 111. Great area for long walks and bike rides. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental looks like a model home with all the amenities. Gorgeous leather couches in the family room, spacious kitchen, washer & dryer and really comfortable beds. This place was easy to get to & we definitely will come back again. Thank you!!!!
