Beautiful Island Home near Medical district/Downtown

House was clean and in a good safe area. The garage was also a plus! Thank you.

Abby’s place was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was very comfortable. She was upfront about the limited parking and helped us understand where and how to park. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here.

We loved our home away from home. When we left to actually go home it felt strange not to head back to Mud Island.

This place was perfect for our recent visit. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood that we were able to walk in. We enjoyed the comfortable living area and spacious kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that was a challenge was the garage, because we have a full-size pickup, and it was impossible to close the garage door when it was in the garage. Unfortunately, parking on the street out front is not allowed either. It worked out okay in the end, and we can always bring a smaller vehicle for our next stay. I would just give a heads up about the parking.

Very clean and easy to get to. The host gave good instructions and everything went well. I would stay at this property again.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is as shown in the description. We enjoyed our stay. The waterfront is close and a must to take a walk or jog. In rating I will give this stay 5 Stars.

If you are wanting easy access to Memphis activities, this place is great. 10 minutes to most downtown things and 25 to Graceland. The neighborhood was very safe, and we loved having a garage. Probably not great for families with little kids as the steps are steep and the balcony is open to the floor below if people get up or go to sleep at different times. There are also no dressers upstairs so no where to put clothes.

For my first time, it was a lot smoother than expected. I think the cleanliness could be better but it wasn't dirty just sticky floor from the cleaning product and things like that. Great communication.

This home is the perfect choice for a visit to Memphis. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with a lot of extras that made it feel like home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and Beale Street and Bass Pro are only a short drive away. The host was extremely easy to work with from booking to check out. This will definitely be our choice for a rental on our next trip to Memphis.

This home needs a totally DEEP cleaning. The master bathroom was just dirty. Left trash in the kitchen sink. The house had a bad odor. The bed cover had hcohcoverh

The neighborhood was outstanding, with a restaurants and a grocery store close by. The house itself was very clean and we all fit in it well. Abby, the owner, was very easy to contact and she responded quickly. If I return to Memphis, I will definitely consider renting this property again.
