Stayed Dec 22, 2025Fabulous villa. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and everything you could possibly need inside the villa. Problem with code checking in but Happy Palm Stays staff were wonderful and sorted out issues promptly. Loved every minute and did not want to leave.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025Spacious, well appointed and so very inviting!! Family naturally gravitated towards the open areas. Enjoyed the pool daily. We rent a number of properties each year and this home rated highly for us. Honestly the only negative was the condition of the pool, pool deck and outside furniture when we arrived. Spent some time cleaning that up and was thoroughly happy with this property. I doubt you will be disappointed staying here.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sebastian! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The lanai and heated pool were absolutely perfect for unwinding, and the location was great—close to everything while still feeling private and peaceful.My husband and I drove down from Maine looking for a relaxing week in Florida, and this home delivered. The only small issue we encountered was that the cleaners left two bags of trash in the kitchen, there were no extra trash bags, and a few dirty dishes had been put away with the clean ones. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing retreat!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Our stay 12/30-1/11/25 was a great get a way for our family who work 7 days a week at our family business.They have a great starter pack for you. Great appliances for making our meals.The master bath with the high toilet and step in shower were wonderful for my mobility challenges. The double vanity was great also. The washer and dryer were wonderful to keep up on laundry.We did not use the garage, but if you had little kids on rainy days, that would have been an awesome place for them to run around.Even with paying for heat for the pool, it was still just too chilly to get in with the outside temperatures in the 60's. But it was a really nice space along with the outdoor TV area.If we are in the area again, we will try to rent here again.Thanks!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The pictures does not do this property justice. The home was beautiful and very clean. When it comes to entertainment, if you are bored here the that is because you chose to be. There are so many activities in the house and the amenities help with making it feel like home. The location is great and close to stores and restaurants. Whenever I have to go to Sebastian, this will certainly be my first choice.
