Beautiful House, Walking Distance to Stadium

Beautiful property. Amazing backyard.

The place is beautiful , backyard is very beautiful. We were able to do a cookout. We’re able to do a fire outside. I had a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy definitely we rent it again if it’s available very clean and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommended to anyone looking to rent a place nearby that location Walmart very nearby bakery was well just walking distance a park walking distance, Mexican grocery store, which was very convenient. If we ever need a place to rent nearby we would definitely book it again..

The location is quiet and still close to the airport and downtown which was a great spot for a quick gals weekend trip. Comfy beds and clean kitchen, with an inviting back yard. Great for group travel & Sara was very communicative.

Great communication with the host. The place is amazing, wish we would had more time to utilize the outdoor kitchen. We stayed here to go to the Bucs game and it was about a 20 minute walk to the stadium. We would for sure stay here again.

Location was perfect to attend the football game however the beads were very uncomofrtable and the drains stunk really bad.

Beautiful interior but nothing compared to the beautiful oasis of a backyard. Picture do not do justice to how beautiful it really is.

The host always responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The home was better than the photos. Spotless inside and out. The back yard is an amazing oasis. Only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Restaurants are also in walking distance. It was just my husband and I, but this home is perfect for a larger group or family. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely on my repeat list when we are back in town.

This place was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed being in the backyard, the only downfall was the mosquitoes in the back. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Area was so convenient to find places. I had to go to the convention center for an event and the ride wasn't far at all. When we checked out, we didn't realize that we left a macbook. The host wrote to us immediately and made it so easy for us to retrieve it back.

We loved the house, had everything we could possibly need, and the backyard space is enchanting!

We stayed in this house during our recent visit to Tampa to attend Yankees Spring Training. It was everything we could have wished for. The house is clean and well equipped. But the greatest thing about this place was the outdoor space. It has an enormous backyard with a firepit, outdoor kitchen, lots of chairs and beautiful trees. It was a little farther from Steinbrenner Field than we expected, but we were still able to walk there (about 35 minutes each way). It's an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in Tampa.The house was much bigger than we needed for two people and could easily have fit a larger group. The neighborhood was generally quiet with a some traffic noise at night, which did not keep us awake.We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Tampa, especially if they want to be close to the stadiums.

Loved this house. Host quickly replied to questions. Neighborhood was easy to navigate to Steinbrenner stadium and great place for daily exercise walks. Within walking distance to local grocery, restaurants, bakery and park. Easy access to airport as well as Tampa attractions like the Riverwalk and aquarium.Backyard is a great place to relax. We cooked on BBQ several times during our 10 day stay and used the fire pit on chilly nights. Will definitely book again when in Tampa.

Perfect location to have Thanksgiving with our son at UTampa. Backyard was awesome.

We had a great time. House great. Backyard was very relaxing. Enjoyed our time there. Will definitely look into this house again next time we are in Tampa.

Property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to our destinations and a good place to call home for a couple days. Would stay here again.

We had a large group of adults visiting for a football game. The house was light, bright, just as described, & clean and comfortable for all. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the backyard space was peaceful and relaxing any time of the day or night! The driveway can probably only fit 3 standard vehicles (4 small) max, so take that into consideration as there is no street parking. The host was always quick to respond & very accommodating! Highly recommend it & will definitely be back!

This property was better than it looked in the listing. My group was really impressed by the backyard. It's a great place to enjoy time with your friends/family.

I use to live in Tampa and one of the reasons I picked it was its Easy acess to everything. The owners were very reponsive. I found it to be clean and very Quiet!!! I give it an overall A rating! I will come back!!!

A very nice home with a terrific backyard. Great for kids. Everything we needed was provided. Good communications with the owner.

Above average on all levels. Clean, accommodating for the size of our party and the backyard- outside kitchen gathering area was top notch!!!
