BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES! SHORT WALK TO BEACHES AND TOWN!

Very nice . This was our 2nd year there.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The neighborhood was very quiet with the house surrounded by beautiful trees. The backyard with the swing set and fire pit were enjoyed, especially by the kids. The host was wonderful and responded to all of our questions immediately. We definitely hope to be back soon.

Lovely, spacious property inside and out. There was room for everyone to find their place and relax in the mornings and evenings. Situated on a beautiful woodsy street close to the beach.

We enjoyed nights in playing games and the short walk to watch the sunset on the beach. The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend celebrating the bride to be and spending time with friends! Will keep this rental in mind for future trips with family!!

Fantastic place to stay. Location walkable to the beach.No bathtub upstairs and stairs are a little steep so a bit tricky for our 3-year-old but overall no complains.

You can not beat the 3 minute walk to the beach. This house was perfect and was stocked with all essentials. I would highly recommend!

Two families with 7 kids (ages 1-10) stayed. This was a great fit - nice fenced in back yard for the kids to play, swing and explore. Walking distance to the beach made our visits easy to access. Very friendly neighborhood, felt safe.

our family enjoyed our stay very much. we had 2 families with 4 kids plus 2 grandparents. The kids are all under 6 and we really utilized the kid gear that was already at the house. The walk to the beach was perfect. The street was so quiet. I loved the screened in porch for early mornings or late nights. Open layout was helpful to keep an eye on all the kiddos (and thank you for having the stair gate!) we would stay here again!

Great property, especially for families traveling with children. Easy walk to beach; also longer but still walkable to downtown area (especially with older kids & teens). House is well maintained and furnished with plenty of essentials.

This home was as advertised. Nice room for 12 people, plenty of space for meals, nicely furnished rooms, quiet street, and only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach even with small kids walking.

This was our 3rd year staying at this property. Perfect for our family--grandparents, parents, kids and grandkids. Highly recommend.

This was a great property for our extended family of 10 (3 family units). The listing was as expected and Nick was very responsive when we had any questions. This is a great place to stay if you have multiple families with plenty of seating for meals and space to relax. It is very close to small beach access (about a 10 min walk) and about a 15 min walk to larger beach access. The property was very clean and very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay in South Beach. We loved all the beach toys/equipment and the large backyard.
