Beautiful house near DISNEY with HEATED pool

Here's the good and the bad: The house was very clean, except the carpets which need a good cleaning. They were spotted but it didn't stop us from staying there. The pool is great, but it's $35 a day to heat it and, with the cool evenings in October, we didn't get much use out of it as we didn't choose to heat it. There were plenty of pillows but they definitely need replacing as most of them were flat. The dishwasher quit working but the host did try to fix it the next day (unfortunately, we took the key because we thought the keypad on the door worked). But we just hand washed the dishes so it wasn't too big of a deal. There were clean good quality towels and a washer and dryer that worked fine so we were able to do laundry as needed. The kitchen was stocked well. The TV was confusing but we were able to watch YouTube movies every night. Lighting was an issue, with no working lamps in the front bedroom or sitting room. But, I moved a lamp into the front bedroom and it was fine. There is an overhead light in that room but I wanted a lamp near me. The price was good and it was within 45 minutes of all we wanted to do because the traffic is HORRIBLE everywhere we went hence the long drive. It appears to be a good neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the little lizards everywhere. Overall a good stay with a few inconveniences. We would stay again.

It was a nice house, however the furniture and the linens/blankets are old. The floats/toys in the pool area are old as well, discolored, some have holes & the air leaks out. The grill didn't have propane, it is not mentioned in the listing that the guest have to buy their own propane or pay a fee for it to be provided etc. (i double checked before writing the review) so we didn't use it. However the grill is missing knobs, it's rusty & it wasn't clean at all. No paper towels were provided either which is not mentioned in the listing or else in would've brought my own. The listing shows tvs in every room, 1 room does not have a tv even though in the listing & pictures in the listing it shows a tv. The tv in the other room does not work, Only the master room tv works. The remote control in the living room was cracked. The cooking pans were greasy. Check-in in the listing says is at 4:00pm however after booking, the host messaged me the instructions & said check-in is at 5:00pm. It is a nice big house, but it's definitely not worth the price, unless they upgrade the furniture, blankets etc.

The pool looked nothing like the pictures . water was green and murky. grill was rusty, knobs were missing.. Lining had yellow stains dingy looking. Main bathroom had mold on bathroom sink due to shower door stopper causing the floor to get wet.

This property Is nice and clean the king bedroom is a little noisy early morning with traffic but bearable

Will rent the place again and the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating

really very good experience, everything worked perfectly and everything very clean, very good communication with the owner, she responded quickly to any question or concern.

The house was clean and everything was close by. We had no issues until the 16 or 17 day we were at the house. We were greeted by a palmetto bug. I was told they are native to Florida. Everything was perfect. Thank you

This house was just right for our stay. It gave an at home comfortable feeling. The house was not far from stores and restaurants. Everything was just as the picture. Would stay here again.

Nice clean property. The beds are comfortable and the home is quite roomy. The main bedroom is on the back side of the home so there is privacy if you have someone staying in the other two bedrooms. We heated the pool and it was wonderful. We were in it almost every day. Host was very quick responding to any questions I had.

I have rented this beautiful home to enjoy with my parents for xmas. It was a relaxing trip away from foe the holidays. Beds were very comfortable. Pool amazing even though it was to cold to swim this weekend. I would recommend and will rent this home again. Home owner was very attentive and informative. Did not to have to bother or they neither. Everything went well without hitch.
