Stayed Sep 20, 2024We always go to Ocacroke for my Husband and Daughter's birthdays in September and stay a long weekend. The location of the Berkley House is just at the edge of town which makes it super close to the back road street, boat ramp, and harbor! Check in and out was a breeze and they offered two bikes, a charcoal grill, and had a hose and outlets available in car port of the house for golf carts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking an event on the Berkley grounds and staying at the house. They have pretty gardens and it is all well maintained.

Stayed May 30, 2024We stayed at the Berkley house for a long weekend. The location was perfect and the house was spectacular. It was the perfect size for our friend group. Phoebe was very easy to communicate with and was a great host. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 24, 2023property was in a perfect location for us. Very well laid out home with privacy for additional guests. Views of ferry docks and sunset was an absolute plus and only added to the ambiance. Will definitely be back

Stayed Oct 27, 2022We had a great time! There was a bit of a snafu with the people staying at the Manor but Pheobe handled it wonderfully! This was definitely ranked as a must do again for us! And the pirate fest was literally out our front door so it was easy on my cripple self to move about and get to things! The island was also small enough that restaurants and the grocery store were within walking distance as well!
